For tiled shower area with leak we recommend to use Blockout TW. Blockout TW is an epoxy based waterproof coating for areas with existing tiles.

Hi sir, thanks for your inquiry, we suggest that you use epocoat tw for your repair, this is a waterproofing epoxy coating that is applied on top of the tiles. If the area is exposed, since epoxy has yellowing tendencies under UV, we suggest that you topcoat it with polyurethane clear coat to protect it from yellowing. Hope this helps.
Flexicrete can be used but we need to grind old tiles before application. Also, we need to top it off with slab or tiles for protection from UV.
