    The flexibility of the rear section, and the overhead area make this unit stand out. Very interesting

    The rear bed area would have been nice if it had converted into a larger seating / dining area. As I've always found the dining table at the front way too small even with the front seats turned around.

    That may be the most fabulous of the motor homes that you've toured. The thrift of space in that motorhome is just amazing. That is absolutely the ultimate motorhome that I've seen at this price point. Thanks. Great video!

    Hi Nick. Having an upper berth is awesome. The only thing to remember is the height for drive-ins and car parks. It has everything needed for 4 people to weekend away. Great walkthrough tour. Thanks 😊

    Love the upstairs sleeping. Not for me because I'd break my old fragile neck when I have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, but it's a wonderful use of space!

    Why not put a drop bed in the rear also? And a sitting area below..also the shower could be a two compartment and rearrange the sink and you have a 3 burner..it would be perfect !

    Hi, love this model's layout, but besides the right hand drive conversion, the whole layout should be mirrored, for example, the sliding door should be convert to the left side (in my humble opinion) to become a fully right hand drive campervan. Thanks for introducing the rhd version.

    • @ilmaio
      @ilmaio ปีที่แล้ว

      but doing as you say you don't carry a motorbike. This does, and that makes the vehicle.
      You can use the full lenght cargo space here.
      You don't if you put the kitchen, or the washroom, in the tail.
      You occupy the tail and it looks like you have a lot of space, but then you don't: no space for your things unless you fill the space with a dozen cupboards. Much better enjoy a large cargo space: problem solved with simplicity.

    i'm still amazed at the ridiculous cost of these tiny little things and marvel at the mugs who buy them !! in two years time it will only be worth 40k ! I'd rather buy a vintage hymer 700 for 15K ( which will only go up in value ) and use the rest of the money to buy a house with land Portugal ( which will only go up in value !! )

    • @MOTAHOLIC
      @MOTAHOLIC  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    • @justinlinnane8043
      @justinlinnane8043 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@MOTAHOLIC I bought my 1982 Mercedes Hymer 900 in 2015 for 11K . its the rarest production motorhome in the world ( only 28 made) and is certainly a rare and beautiful gem. Far more interesting than this pokey little thing . Also its now worth about 50K as interest in vintage vans( and something this rare) has exploded . So not only is buying a classic more interesting , its also far more lucrative !! but you do have to be a certain type of person to appreciate this . Think Riva 60 Bahamas vs a new 19ft ft day boat and you will know where i'm coming from Nick !!😉

    Nice vehicle and layout, not my cup of tea, I'm more utilitarian. My friend and myself drove a badly converted VW T3, that smelt of damp (and at the end of the journey coming back, diesel) that my friends dad got it in payment for fixing another car. We drove from London to the Czech Republic to go to a festival in 2005, stopping multiple times in Europe. It took us a week in all, stopping at camping areas and the such. Good times. The T3, sadly, failed its MOT and was sold for parts.

    Why are these type of RVs so much more affordable in Europe than in the US?

    • @ilmaio
      @ilmaio ปีที่แล้ว

      Basically much smaller engines, front wheel drive platforms.
      Most euro vans have Fiat in line four turbo diesel engines 2.3 good for 140Hp (or 177 HP with an overprice). A standard RAM platform would have twice that power, or +100 Hp, and that comes with a price. European taxation on fuel basically forces the makers to downsize performance.
      That's the first reason, then, there is the transportation cost and the margin of the american dealer.

    It's a nice car with a lot of great features,but the thing on top of the dash is ridiculous. Look at the size of it. Just to hold your phone? That is typically something people invent because they want to have something nobody else has, but since all the "normal" things exist already, they come up with something like this.
