I have FCOD and developed osteonecrosis related to bisphosphenate use, in an affected area. If only GPs knew of the risk. I live with pain and chronic infection despite oral care, a specialist told me there is no treatment, no hope..

Good review, as the literature says no treatment is required, but some patients do feel a discomfort,tension/ pain in the lesions, any suggestions to an approach to manage?
