Interestingly enough I watched a… long-form video? Video essay? On some of the bad parts of K-POP fandom before I even started watching BlushCat but that centered more on stalking and other dangerous behaviors. I think the video maker even used a specific term that I think you did in this video as well, but I can't remember… 😖 Um, as for positive fan experiences… 🧐 these aren't K-POP related but they come to mind. I think Jamie Lee Curtis was talking to her fans in some capacity or at least an audience and there was a part where they were letting the audience speak and one guy said he had a home invader situation and he thought about what her character in the Halloween movies would do in that situation and it helped him make it through that alive. I think he started getting really emotional and breaking down crying and she went over and hugged him. I thought that was really nice. Another instance is that Eggman’s voice actor went to a Sonic The Hedgehog convention and he said he apparently had a really good time and would be coming back next year! In fact, SEGA seems really supportive when fans make Sonic games, to the point where they hired some of them to make Sonic Mania. (Kind of a contrast to how Nintendo approaches fan games. I know they're in their legal rights, but I feel like they could let a lot of things slide and still be fine copyright-wise, y'know? Kind of ruining the positivity, so I'll stop here…) I didn't really know about the ins and outs of K-POP fandom like this! (Well, the negative side of it, anyway.) Situations like the bringing a light stick to another group’s concert never occurred to me. I thought it was fascinating learning about all of this and listening to your thoughts about it!

It's nice to hear some positive fan experiences outside of Kpop as well! Thanks for sharing and listening to our thoughts in the episode!
