I put PPF on my M3P. That doesn't look like PPF. Looks like a wrap. A wrap would also protect the paint but isn't generally called PPF. Looks good though. Glad you had minimal damage.
I am sure it is not free to re-wrap. You have to spend allot of money to re-do that panel. I am guessing close to $1000? They probably did it for less for publicity. A regular Joe has to pay
I see tire marks left on the mustang, your tire or fender flare has no damage? I question the details of this video as it seems like a direct advertisement to this film and shop. Not questioning the event but moreso the advertising
It really is unfortunate, law enforcement these days. Obviously the laziness and lack of doing their job doesn't show all of the officers but its a large enough portion that it reflects horribly on public affairs. I wish you luck but what will likely happen is it will get buried and that mustang will bear that dent on the side along with all the others from incidents of similar circumstances.
either tesla needs to un-beef the cybertruck or other automakers need to step up their build quality. i know you weren't the unresponsible driver here, but that mustang crumpled over a fender bender. i couldnt imagine what a really bad accident would look like involving a cybertruck
I don't hate the cyber truck but one of my grips with it is magine what happens if the cyber truck was to hit a car head on. There is a reason why auto makers add crumble zones to their cars. Even other Teslas have them. If the car can't absorb the impact of a crash the most of that energy gets transferred to you the driver. It's not as bad as some people complain about when the cyber truck first came out but the irl crash reports for this truck are a little concerning. There's a report of a collision with a Camry and as expected the Camry was wrecked and the Cyber truck was fine but the Camry driver walked away fine while the Cyber truck driver had some injuries and had to go to the hospital. Not to hate on the Cyber truck but there's a reason why ironclad indestructible cars are a thing of the past.
No injuries... no damages... no real evidence... what exactly do you expect them to do? Go door to door? Even if they could find them it would probably require a confession from them to get anything to stick... and even if they got the confession it would probably just be a ticket considering the details. Not saying it's right... but let's just be realistic here.
hit and run its felony regardless of the damage, Law is law. tesla car should have the license plate of that car when the car was behind and when the card was running away. license plate should be visible unless that car dont have any
@@Nuriil I'm not sure if there are any states where it is a felony for hit and run when no one was greatly injured. In this case it was probably even under $1k damage. Pretty sure that is just a misdemeanor in most, if not all states.
Thank you for choosing us to work on your Tesla.
Hi, were you recently hiring for PPF installers?
That Ford Mustang is cheaper than the film on Cybertruck :)
Typical CA law enforcement unfortunately
Nice work. I live in Temecula. Might have to stop by and take a look around one of these days.

That’s awesome 👏 glad your truck is good as new 👌
Thanks! Me too!

Could it be possible to paint over the PPF or buff off white paint off ?
Well in fact there was damage. I may be wrong, but I assume the PPF was not free to replace unless you paid for some sort of warranty. 🤷🏻

The film did nothing do a little homework on the type of steel that is used on the cybertruck
Cybertruck Sold!

Any way you can de-ugly that thing?
Nothing he can do about that Mustang, sending it to scrap yard would most likely help.
