Starting from my own experience in buying houses from these types of developer companies in Ethiopia, it is a headache, they promise a lot, they pretend a lot, but in the end, nothing they say is true. I have three properties in different parts of Addis Ababa to obtain this property. To get It has cost me a lot. I strongly believe at this time investing in Ethiopia in properties like a house is not recommended. I would love to invest in more properties but it dose not worth investing into it. Anyway, this is my personal opinion.
Earthquakes are daily phenomena in areas not too far from Addis. How safe are these buildings? Does the ethnic politics going on in the country permit the purchase of residential homes? Is it safe to move out of Addis? Is it wise to do an investment at this moment in the country? Above of all, will there be sufficient water and electricity provide service to all these residential buildings? There has been a study that there will not be sufficient water presently and things will get worse for the coming years. Similarly, electric outages are daily happening, and it is improbable that things will be better. Without response to these questions and improvements of the utility services, it is foolishness to invest in Ethiopia in such unfavorable condition.
With all do respect Jumporo , you said 30 floor , how the hell do we get water all the way up there and electric, too. Dude if you can finish this shit in five years , you are good . Be careful people , do your homework remember Access RealEstate & Black purpose?
