@11:40 in all of the provinces it's legal, but in Quebec it's a governement own compagny, in other provinces it's private

Yeah as a Quebecois I just went across Canada driving and I was impressed by the amount of private cannabis shops. Here it sucks it's so "cold" just like our liquor stores.

@cloutiergambit Mononc Legault! C’est lui qui nous empêche de pousser aussi alors que le fédéral nous dit 4 plants

Ohio actually ended the front license plate requirement a few years ago, so you still kind of see a mix of front plates and no front plates on cars here, which just makes things even more confusing in GG.
    🤪
Edit: The "Colombia" sign got me, too!" (I think my guess was about 3 blocks from you) haha 21:02

A McDonald's map is practically playing on Hard Mode. If a city has one McDonald's, it has one hundred. So many instances of there being two of them within a quarter mile of each other, maybe even closer.

Also, most of these places are suburban locations with lots of other big chain stores all around. Very hard to region guess.

I like the little maple leaf on the Canadian logo. I wonder why they started doing that. I'll have to look it up and see if there's a story behind it. They should start doing something like that in every country.

The McDonalds in Calgary is about 10 blocks north of where one of my best friends lived for ~10 years. I recognized it immediately.

Ohio no longer requires front plates, but a lot of the street view coverage is from before the change, and even now a lot of people just haven't bothered to remove their front plates. Same in Alaska. Also, cannabis is legal nationwide in Canada.

This is a fun map. It's crazy how McD's is everywhere. I'm waiting to find one in Algeria or something.

I enjoyed watching you try to 5K. I’d like to see some videos with longer time limits or moving allowed . just a suggestion.

Ohio no longer requires front plates, and Discount Drug Mart is only found in Ohio. But you will see front plates from time to time.

Even before you spotted the maple leaf, I thought it was Canada because of the light posts!
