I did NOT remember that ending. SOCKS. God damn. This episode was really memorable. I think I liked it but I don't recall for sure. I do know it was confusing and frustrating :)
My opinion is that Donald Glover saw Samuel Blenkin in something and wanted to feature him somehow and this is the episode that came out. It would have been so easy for Socks to give the phone back at ANY point and gotten the praise for finding it. It just shows he’s awful and I still don’t know why he would do that. I see no gain.
