I love this podcast you guys are so clear and honest about everything!! …about high school it is so true you don’t really learn anything IMPORTANT! Like when it comes to junior or senior I feel like they should be teaching us about how to build your credit and a lot of stuff that real life comes with. I graduated from high school in “17 and tbh I don’t know how I did it but shit I still have a lot to learn!

Over here in Canada the lunch caf food is delicious it’s freshly made every morning and sometimes even the students in culinary class make it but they use real vegetables real meat and it’s so good and they also have a mandatory business course you have to take in grade 10 to learn about what Garik talked about!❤️

I travel to Mexico alone all the time . Definitely learn the language and always pay attention to your surrounds . Also try talk to ppl that stay in the same location to have more ppl that would acknowledge you if in a weird situation they can help you

Ahhh, I didn’t mean to ignore the fact of the point of this video, in the beginning, but this story is so odd, but I got scared for y’all.
I traveled alone to Spain, to study abroad and I don’t know jack shit about Spanish, I was very safe and made sure to have my eyes open and aware.

Sadly just how you can't trust no one you don't know it's the same thing you can't trust ur own blood. I went 3 years without talking to my fam but i started talking to them again & now I stopped bc my sis in law turned all my family against me. She's those narcissistic & she loves everyone attention so I just stopped talking to all of them it's sad my kids won't know their cousins but idc we need to be alone bc were all we got

It’s really funny to me how Brittany is so nonchalantly not caring what Garrik is talking about when he says he’s trying to explain that the food he ate at the school he was attending was so good. I completely understand Brittany. She’s trying to prove a point or at least get him to understand the lesson in what God had brought to him. Not everyone comes from a background of wealth and fortune. However, I understand Garrick when he says that is such a life-changing experience. The lesson and all of this is to not take what you have for granite because in a second things can change. That was definitely a humbling experience for him. It is so normalized that kids have to take the public bus or school bus nowadays. Because of his background the way he is saying it makes it seem like growing up like that is bad when an actuality some people just naturally come from poverty, or they have parents that are incapable of doing those things for them because they work or etc.. maybe it’s our Virgo instincts that are connecting, but I completely understand Brit. 😌 I love yall both 100% it’s just so crazy how they come from similar but very different backgrounds and can talk through it to make their relationship work. I do think that he should start listening to Brittany a little bit more rather than letting his intrusive thoughts take over.

Also I feel like a lot of people would agree with Garrick on how school is not needed but there are certain core subjects that are needed to be taught like science (to educate us on our bodies and our brain) history (so that our world won’t go back to how it was back then) but electives are not necessary at all.
Also I love the off subject topics makes the podcast feel more natural it gives it your unique vibe not like the other podcasts

That happened to my siblings and I. We were taken from our home. We were separated and couldn’t even call our biological dad. They took our phones away. Traumatizing for sure.
I think to keep the podcast more in a organized but still fun flow, would be to have a guest every now and then and also do certain games/ and or question games, adding those segments into the podcast might be fun!
