Hi Marvin, it depends a bit what your level is and how old you are. Important is to start with a high number of reps if you start with a new drill. Thus I would recommend only the first two drills with 4-6 reps in the beginning. Once you are comfortable with the drill you can reduce to 2-4 reps and add 1 or 2 more drills. Once you can do them all you should do 2-4 reps of each drill. If you do it 2-3 times per week you will see the best results. Another important thing is that after the drill in the ladder you should always have a 4-5 m full speed acceleration.
