I bought this wheelchair about 2 years ago n It was great. I have use it once a while mostly I keep it in the closet. I believe I used it about five hours total since I bought it. Last week I took it out and try it but the battery was empty, So I recharged it, And then I turned it on and tested ride it for a minute and it was Working fine. And then that night i woke up and i saw the lights kept flashing, it turned on itself And the light kept flashing 10 times repeatedly so i try to turn it off with the power button But it won’t let me, so I try to move the joystick But the wheelchair didn’t move and cannot turn off, So I have to unplug it. I contact the company they said there r some problems with the communication between the joystick and the control module Because off the light blinking 10 times that it means. So they sent me the new cable to try it on. But the problem still remain the same. They said I need to replace the control module which Going to cost me 250 USD. I was so upset about what happen Because i have already spending a lot of money Buying this wheelchair and use it for only five hours. I wonder why it break so easy. I even kept it the house not even outside. Don’t get me wrong I love the wheelchair when it working, it was really good. If you read this and you know what happen... please help me resolve this problem. Otherwise, I have to buy a new module or they called a controller.

I’ve learned that even if you aren’t using your chair you need to charge it, at least once a week to keep the battery healthy.
That's because its Chinese junk.
They steal technology from all over the world and produce junk you can only replace those sub standard rubbish batteries through them.
Theirs is a copy of the igo the igo has a single lithium iron battery that can by purchased at any battery shop for much less and superior quality.
I have no connection with igo, but own an igo powered wheel chair and its much better quality.
Dont support the thieving Chinese.

Its a copy of igo, this thing is rubbish.
I bought an igo, its much better and the batteries are bought anywhere, stay away from Chinese copy's its a waste of money.
And worse still its a copy.
They are technology thieves.
