I've been subscribed for about a year and am taking your criticisms to heart:
This week I've rewritten the flashlight for my next game to never completely run out of battery, and not be a glitchy inventory item 😅. The next game's ending won't just be a wall of text. And lastly, most importantly, I'll try to include more lizards/amphibians since you like them so much.
As far as endings go, all of the others involve different consequences with the police. There is a gun that no TH-camr has found (afaik). Not really worth your time, but if anyone in the comments wants a hint, it's hidden in a room among the smaller brick passages. It can't hurt the big boi.

This game was definitely creepy and it reminded me of that one game you played a while back where the character you played as was investigating an Insane Asylum for $500 but this was good. I can’t wait for the next video 🤘

hey Hollow , I really enjoy your videos . I just wanted to say that this reminds me of the time when myself & a friend of mine went into the water system tunnels underneath the city , it was a rush & we really enjoyed it . ( of course , neither of us are claustrophobic . however , some of the tunnels got real small in some areas , I won't lie . we got lost in a matter of minutes down there & we were down there for hours & hours until we found a man hole lid that actually lifted up , so we finally crawled out . also , we didn't have that issue with the flashlight , lol . that's for sure . hey , keep on making videos ;-)

interesting concept for a game but the poor lighting / bug would keep me from playing it. As always though thank you for the great content, Hollow!
It also looked like the developer ran out of time and budget, seeing how the ending was sorted out with scrolling text. Furthermore, surely the ghoul should have been some kind of an enemy, deep in the tunnels, but as it was, the player could basically poke it with the flashlight and it hardly reacted. The first, inactive ghoul hanging from the drone was brilliant, though.
Darkness overload. One of the scariest games yet, I'd never play it 😅
