The cardboard size is 40*65*1.7mm,
Our rubber magnet size is 49.8*74.8*1mm.
Metal front shell thickness 0.16mm.
Final fridge magnet weight:24g/pc.
Graphic print
Using above 120 to 157gsm paper.
It’s better to laminating film on the paper after printing than using the mylar individually although the supplies include mylar.
Graphic cutter
If you find that the cutter not sharp enough to cut your paper.You may use some useless paper under your graphic paper to increase the thickness.
The thicker the better to be cut into pieces.
Rubber Magnet
If the rubber magnet corner is square.You can use a scissor to cut it bevel or round.This will help you make magnet edge smooth with graphic paper together perfectly.
