@@MTAviationPhotoFilm my words were true. Delta will fly LHR to LAX from March 2023 on A330 NEO. Coincidentally will fill the time slot that Air New Zealand abdicated
Seems that it's company SOP at Delta for daylight departures to leave the strobes on auto instead of switching them on when taking the runway, someone can confirm?
Yep, the Airbusses have indeed three switch positions instead of the usual two. 'Off', 'On' and 'Auto', which is WOW (weight-on-wheels) dependant and thus turns them on/off automatically upon take-off and landing.
@@faizierazali3494 DTW does not currently have any routes using the A330-900 (NEO). Nor has it ever used the NEO for DTW-CAN (not a route), DTW-NRT (not currently a route), DTW-CDG (330-300/350), DTW-AMS (350). The only scheduled routes DTW has occasionally had for the NEO have been SEA-DTW-SEA and DTW-ICN
Oh, didn't know the NEO was coming to DTW, even on a "limited" basis as your community posts hinted at (correct me if I'm wrong). Looking forward to seeing it!
Probably at some point. DL has 4 of them with another 31 on order. They will have almost as many Neos as they have 200, 300 & 302s. So I am sure they will get subbed in from time to time. They are also the replacement to the 767 so they in theory would be taking over those routes as the 67s get retired.
Airbus has the best design for me. the a330neo and the 350 are beautiful
a330neo is like a normal a330 with painted windows but different winglets instead it has like a curved mini wingtips smaller than the a350's one
787 looks much better than the A330
@@briancrawford69 The A350 looks better than the 787
Very Nice! The A330NEO Is Definitely One of My Favorite Aircraft In The Sky!
Yeah, hopefully more carriers pick them up
I love the Raccoon eyes on the A330NEO
Yeah, glad they took that from the 350
You’re Telling Me!
I LOOOVE the sound of this aircraft
This aircraft looks absolutely badass
Love the ear friendly low noise decible NEO engines! Beautifully made plane
What a beautiful rotation!
The sounds reminds me and 787, a350 & 777
The Trent 7000 on the A330neo and the Trent XWB on the A350 are very similar internally
Very nice footage! At first I didn't really like the A330N, but I'm getting used to it now. Well done!
Thanks. I love the A330. I still think the winglets on this are kind of goofy. They look good fro mthe side and the back but from the front is weird
I agree with you
Stunning footage of this beauty!
Thanks

Beautiful plane. So hope Delta can send A330 900 to London Heathrow. I'd like to see them on Los Angeles and Miami route
With the number they are getting I am sure at some point it will make its way through LHR
@@MTAviationPhotoFilm I'd like to see Delta fill the slot when Air New Zealand quits next October Heathrow to Auckland via Los Angeles.

That cool engine sound! the engine sounds like PW4090!

Beautiful machine
It's clean smelling good
It almost sounded like GE90
Love these Delta air lines A350 I call them Delta's limousine
This isnt a 350...
🤤🤤🤤 gorgeous airplane
Anyone else notice that the strobe lights weren't flashing? Not until the plane lifted off the ground.

Wow!!!! How did that A330neo get there?
It repo'd in from ATL

We supposed to be starting 2 or 3 days ago but the plane wasn't ready so today was the first. Its only flying the route this coming week
Oh, ok then. As another comment asked, will Delta be using the NEO out of Detroit? I know we already have the A350.
