we have a new DOOSAN DNM570 Mill, but where can I get a copy of the ihmi programming manual? all I can ever see is the old manual iGuide

No issue. Go to the legacy side of the control (Maintenance Display Button) and press the SHIFT + S1 together. This will toggle the screen into the traditional EZ Guide system.

Is this controller available on the DEM 4000?

The DEM is specifically to save the customer money. So this control is not available on the DEM. It is however available on the DNM 4000.
