    Nice restoration. My father has both Pocher K72 & K74 models that has been semi-built and boxed away in an attic for 20+ years. You're inspiring us to get them out & finally complete them!

    Absolute top notch work on a car model that deserves this kind of work.. Pocher really did produce outstanding kits..with stunning and utterly amazing attention for detail... I suspect they where quit unique in this.... Too bad they do not exist anymore... Hope this restored model may enjoy a long life in its present state...

    COMPLIMENTI Andrea un lavoro eccezionale.....modelli di altri tempi. Pensa che nel 1970 questo modello fu definito il piu bel modello in serie del mondo.

    Super nice build, Andrea! To bad that Pocher does not produce this model anymore. I would buy it for sure. Thank you so much for sharing this video.

    Great video. I just purchased this kit un built, and hoping I can build it and not get tired of it. I've been building 1/25th scale model cars for 40 years, and hoping I can handle this one.

    Thanks Andrea for posting your fabulous restoration of the Pocher RR, I purchased this same kit in 1978.
    I was 18 at the time and only managed to partially assembly the engine feeling it was beyond my skill level, it was packed away in its box and stored away, I still have it 40 years on untouched!.
    Now pondering if I should get it out and try again or sell it on to someone with the skills needed to do a Pocher 1/8th kit justice.

    Bravo. I got a new one from K-mart for my 14th birthday in 1975. I was used to Monogram 1/24 😉 I was terrified. I let someone else finish it "for me" and never saw it again. Enjoyed the video. Thank you.

    Amazing!!! I love the wood applications you did with the interior - absolutely spectacular! For the yellow lines on the body I used a yellow tape (first fix it on a carefully cleaned plate of glass and then cut one stripe after the other with a cutter), IMO it makes the lines more precise and consistant than if I would have tried to paint it - but you did an awesome job here.

    I started to assemble this model which I have just bought from a collector. Can you tell me which color reference (at tamiya for example) I should use for the engine (black, dark gray and aluminum ...) and the bodywork (black, blue and yellow)? Otherwise, congratulations on the restoration !! I hope to achieve the same result!

    • @h725italy
      @h725italy  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks a lot! I’ve found the same color in Tamiya catalouge. The engine and most detail parts are painted with Alclad color.
      The body is been finshed with a professional 2k clear coat by Lechler.

    Risultato sbalorditivo. Senza considerare che sarebbe stato già soddisfacente ottenere un risultato discreto, visto che si trattava di riprendere un modello malconcio.

    Very impressive. Outstanding job. I always wondered if Pocher had any Rollses or Bentleys. Does it have other RR or B models than this one?
