Anyway to do this without it going to your computer storage first? Cause it downloads the files offline to your computer and then copies it. Its not direct to drive.

If you own the file and it's on your own drive account, you don't need a shortcut. But if it's someone else's file on their drive, you will need a shortcut.

The only way to fix the issue is to wait. Download quotas reset after 24 hours. So try again tomorrow.
