Hi guys, welcome or welcome back to my channel. I’m Tina and as some of you know I was born and raised in China up to the age of 12. So I’m very familiar with Chinese culture and history. I’ve also been very aware and interested in Feng Shui and I try to practice it in my home to the best of my knowledge. Today, in this video I’ll be sharing the Feng Shui tips that I know and use in my home, and hopefully, it will give you some ideas on what you can incorporate your home so that you can attract the things that you want.

I was doing Feng Shui all along and never knew it! Primarily......I keep the toilet lid closed and bathroom door closed. People tell me that's odd for a guy.....but now I can tell them it's a "Feng Shui" thing!

This was so helpful! I downloaded a compass app and stood in the middle of my new apartment, and then I used sticky notes to mark all of the rooms! I’m grateful to have chosen my studio and fashion room in the creative corner of my home!
Ohmigosh, I didn't know about the Compass app. I just downloaded it and it's awesome. I may be the last person on the planet to learn this, but at least I know about it now. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Now I can begin to really learn Feng Shui. Very grateful.

My grandma always told me that you should never have a mirror in front of your bed. She said when you sleep sometimes your soul wanders and if it sees it’s reflection it might not renter your body 😱

Always keep toilet lud closed as your wealth will 'flush away'. Learned that when I studied Feng Shui

The "sleeping on wealth" part was my favorite. I know exactly what I'm gonna put under my bed.
What she said about energies is so true too. If you left your clutter under the bed you would always think about it while going to sleep & feel bad about it....but you put something you love & feel proud of underneath & you feel satisfied 😌

Great video, thank you. When using a bagua map, is the map always to be held with Career Gua at the front entrance? If yes, then it doesn’t matter which direction my front door faces? Confused, because then the apartment door (in this video) wouldn’t be in the Wealth & Prosperity Gua. When are the actual compass directions used?
I've heard the tips about the double bed and the nightstands. Ive also heard that you shouldn't have pictures or art with a woman by herself in them. Your art or pictures if you're attracting love should have more people in the photos.

Great video. I have a small apartment that has a front door that opens into a 90 degree hallway, i.e. you have to turn right after opening the door. Are there any tips to help the Qi flow through this area?
I recently moved into a townhouse that has a big mirror mounted on the wall so when you open the door it's across the open floor plan in the dining area but you see it right when you walk in. It cannot be removed. Also the stove is right across the sink which is on an island. The open floor plan means you can see the kitchen the dining room and the living room as soon as you walk in
This is helpful, although my master bedroom isn’t that big I live a very safe healthy neighborhood. I don’t like my bed facing the door it gives me anxiety if someone were to open it they immediately see me in bed and can easily kill me. I just have my vanity mirror near that and so when the door opens I can see if my son is there. Idk I just am paranoid about that.
Loved the video... Already following decluttering and cleanliness... I'm staying in an apartment..one side of the bed is balcony door... other side is the wall Actually bed is facing the balcony and door.. and I am staying alone not married n issues with relatives for long... suffering a lot because of loneliness and wishing for a partner and family life.. already in a relationship but he is not that clear and communicative type so worrying a lot
My experience with Feng Shui is that by making certain changes in the space, it sets an intention and reminds me of that intention whenever I see the changes. Wish you all the best! I'm sure you have what it takes to get through the challenges 💪
Hi Tina, first time viewer. Today I'm searching for wealth area in bedroom feng shui and I found your video.
Thanks for speaking of doors, I have a puzzling area in my 635 sq ft apartment. I have 6 doors all together. Bathroom, bedroom, bedroom, linen closet, storage room, hallway door. So six. This space is located in my East Northeast area. The bathroom is South, my bedroom SE, linen closet East, bedroom NE, storage North, hallway North. Its a lot of energy all in a small space.
I have read feng shui design books and videos but never got a good description of how to present this area. Open, closed, combination.. I just don't know. But I will start by closing the bathroom door, so thanks for mentioning that! I am not the owner. Some door jams are collapsing and I can only nail things back, not renovate.

Hi, I'm american and have found lots of interest in the Chinese culture and lore. I have heard putting plants in empty spaces like above cupboards or close to the ceiling also helps?

how do you find out the direction? do you stand in the middle of your house and point the compass in the direction of the room you're referencing?

Hi Shaily! I would say just keep things tidy and organized, keep your shoes stored away (off the floor, out of sight), get a dustbin with lid etc. Also, get out of your room and get some sunlight as often as you can!

my mirror is an over the door mirror. (So it’s on my bedroom door, & i don’t look at it unless I want to see my outfit ) is that good feng shui or not so good?
I don’t have a headboard but my bed is against a wall. would getting a headboard still make a difference?

Note that the placement map is made for the Northern Hemisphere, and things are a bit switched around for us in the Southern Hemisphere. Money for us is in the Northeast corner, as the fire of the sun comes to us from the North.

Hi, what if the majority of your home is one big room? I have a big living room/dining room/kitchen, and then bathroom, two bedrooms and an entry in separate rooms. Several of the energy areas “lands” in the big space. Do I then just make separate areas in the room?
Separate with furnature to create a flow.
So…my south west is my partners office. How can I incorporate this without invading on their space? Could I do this in another part of the house that has a south west wall?

Okay funny story time! tell me if any of y’all can relate. So you know how she says you should move your bed close to a wall so you can “lean” on it? Yeah, I did that and my wall is right next to my parents room. It’s like 2 am and I’m adjusting myself while sleeping and I hit my head on the wall so hard that I hear my dad wake up. Lol okay so it wasn’t that funny but I got a kick or well a hit out of it😂 love the video btw ❤️
my bed is leaning against a wall and it's the building staircase on the other side so I always hear the neighbours coming home from bars at 3am, I hate it ! but my apartment isn't big enough for me to choose where to put furnitures :')
When placing a bed ,what is more important ,avoiding having the bed under a window or avoiding pointing the head to a bad personal direction
Pointing the bed toward a bad direction is worse. To solve this, you can place the bed under a window and put curtains up behind the bed. During the day, you can leave the windows open to the room, but at night pull the curtains closed before you get ready for bed. Hope this helps!

What if my room is small so I can't put my bed in the middle it has to be on one side of the room so the other side can accommodate my computer table. Also there's a window behind my bed.
That;s not ideal but I'd suggest you can ensure you have a strong headboard to give you that support instead :)
I read somewhere that you can put a crystal on the window (either hang it over the window or place it on the inside window ledge). It might be a good idea to search that up more.

just find the north east corners etc of your home, with a compass or the sun :)
