I would even say this, travelling to ghana few weeks ago was a lot, I was detained at the border(even though it was closed) and was asked to pay a huge sum of money because I was Nigerian. Nothing wrong with Nigerians . They are the most educated foreigners in the US. They are extremely intelligent. Do you think the colonizers will let them shine. Absolutely not the strongest and most intelligent Africans have always suffered the most. Nigerians are very vocal and very bold. Confident in who they are and not ashamed to say I am Nigerian no matter what anyone thinks. I’m not Nigerian but I have been married to two different Nigerian men. They are extremely different but extremely confident. Not insecure confident but truly confident in who they are.

No one makes these efforts to travel there as a result and it's truly sad , but I've seen little by little get more interested and that's encouraging 💪🏿🌹🌍 Africa to the world ...when I went to Kenya back in 2012-2015 ,changed my life ! I went there 4 straight years ..I did not want to come back to U.S. lol ...I plan on coming to Ghana this year God willing ... excited for this beautiful and uprising continent man😆!!!

This is why the solutions must be African and not imported. Knowing our history makes it possible not to reproduce the errors of the past. History allows us to know where we come from and also to build solid cultural bases to project ourselves into the future. Yes! We must build for us and by us! The others will be called (if necessary) only according to our needs, our choices and to be at our service.
