For those who have a brand new vehicle or the tank has still not rusted....then best solution to prevent rusting is to keep the tank filled with petrol as much as possible.....Rust is formed from iron only in presence of air and moisture......if your tank is full/half filled most of the time then the rate of rusting would be much less....The tank would last long comparatively.... Other thing is that don't drive your vehicle on reserve mode or low petrol level...as all the rust and unwanted particles are found at the bottom of petrol tank...when you use the last remaining amount of petrol these particles enter into your carburettor along with petrol/diesel....hope this was helpful

The customised work which has been done in Royal Enfield hand made bikes is probably the only bike in the world. You may have seperate sub brand of NCR motorcycles, wherein you can include other makes, but do not kill or diluted your original base.

Use Petrol tank full atleast during rainy and winter season . To prevent tank rust internally .Use W 40 at neck ,filer cap , fuel lid atleast 4 -5 times a year. Do not drop W40 in petrol . Use few drops of High quality burnable 2T oil when going for long drives atleast 2 time s a year . You will never face internal fuel tank rust even if quality of Fuel tank provided by manufactures was bad . Expensive process is to galvanise the whole tank internally paint it and use it.

I also have a suggestion for you. I have been riding bikes for last 33 years & have seen so many mechanics. But I have never come across so innovative and expert one like you. You have terrific knowledge. I think you should start a training center & share your knowledge.
I had tried it on my Yezdi Roadking & D250 trust me the plastic on top of the glass chamber cracks / loosens due to thermal pressure and petrol begins to overflow. For my AVL thunderbird have installed a plastic filter which seems to be working fine 👍

Hello sir. I am Mohit from Hyderanad, Telengana. I drive a Bajaj Avenger 220.. I love my motor bike. I've been riding this since 2015. I don't see good mechanics in Hyderabad. It would be so great if you make a separate video channel where I can follow and learn to keep my bike healthy. I really really want to keep my bike healthy.

Use Petrol tank full atleast during rainy and winter season . To prevent tank rust internally .Use W 40 at neck ,filer cap , fuel lid atleast 4 -5 times a year. Do not drop W40 in petrol . Use few drops of High quality burnable 2T oil when going for long drives atleast 2 time s a year . You will never face internal fuel tank rust even if quality of Fuel tank provided by manufactures was bad . Expensive process is to galvanise the whole tank internally paint it and use it.

I think you should start a training center & share your knowledge.
I had tried it on my Yezdi Roadking & D250 trust me the plastic on top of the glass chamber cracks / loosens due to thermal pressure and petrol begins to overflow. For my AVL thunderbird have installed a plastic filter which seems to be working fine 👍

Yes, jaroor baki bikes ki liye bhi banana chahiye and ek alag channel mein banega toh RE wale feel nahi honge, as (Having a RE is a personal pride).

Hello rummy bhai. I have thunderbird 350 bs4. Long distance me full tank karao to problem hoti he. Gaadi missing Karti he. Full tank nai Kara sakte. Agar kam petrol me b agar gaadi Khaddo Se Jaati he to petrol charcoal canister me Jane ka risk hota he. Please ispe koi video banaye, love and respect from Vadodara, Gujarat
