This video is help viewers know about where to go for fixing Digital Meter Issues of Motorbikes in Delhi - specially Thunderbird meter issues - no display, needles were stuck and no power to the digital screen.
I had an issue with my bike battery for which I purchased a new one and got it fitted. Once fitting is done, I switched ON my bike but suddenly display went off after flashing once and needles were stuck at a certain point.
When I checked with RE service center, they said these meter can't be repaired and I have to purchase new one. Somehow it was costing me a big amount so I thought to keep it as it and find some repairing options.
While searching, I found this guy's details i.e. Prakash Auto Meter Works. He repair almost all kind of meters and he tried mine also and repaired finely. Costing was also decent. So thought to recommend it to my friends who use thunderbird and facing such issues.

A suggestion for all royal enfield riders , don't use self start when your is dying either use kick or get your battery changed asap.

Today Even i personally went to prakash metre work.. with an issue with lcd display of thunderbird.. he charged 2000, but he did the finest work without loosing his patience, coz the work which he is doing is great, finding the fault in the board and rectifying.. in my board there was prblm which very difficult to rectify.. which he has done.. and did the needful.. his moto is to satisfy the customer.. tq for the video and prakash bhai

Thanks for the content man. I personally went to same guy shop near boomi motors, subhash nagar. I faced similar problem with my Thunderbird. He replaced 4 ic's for my meter and charged 2000 bucks. Since it's original meter I thought to repair same. RE showroom guys just told you have to buy another meter which was cost around 7000 bucks. You can sent meter by post as well he can repair that as well and sent you again.

Seriously am having same problem but not getting enough time to go and search guys like them.
The service center is now a days becoming a trash centre, where even if we tell there's a scratch they are asking to replace the parts to increase their sales.
I faced a problem with headlight focusing and been to many places, but one boy of nearly 20 age given me a simple solution at just 30 rupees. He just cut the clamp below the headlight and adjusted a little, now with just lowbeam my light focuses more than a car, since the low beam of tb is like butterfly/eagle spread that covers whole road.

I have couriered MY TBX speedometer on 8/3/22 and he got the delivery on 16/3/22. He fixed and courier it on same day. The IC replacement cost me 2500₹. I will update when I get it.

The RE people might even send the meter they collect from the owners to their backend and their repair them and sell them again as new you never know they only have to change the body.

I faced similar issue on battery failure, I replaced the battery and the digital and analogue meter isn't working anymore, this vied shows to the IC's are damaged which indicate how pathetic the Royal Enfield has apart from rusting metal, poor quality paint , pathetic electronics and vibrating engine. A piece od costly metal junk liable for throwing in trash.
Had same problem with my th 350 2018 model I m living in pune and I came to know about Bombay meter work near Pune station I m here now and if I get my meter repaired I will update
I had googled this place and saw reviews someone had got his th meter repaired here so came here to try my luck
I will suggest better to call him before coming as I came directly I am waiting for him at his shop.
Here's an update I got my meter repaired in 1k here so anyone from pune can contact him if they have any issue with meters.

As per rhe repairing guy, it is mainIC..slightly bigger in size compared to others ICs. You can contact the person directly as contact is shared in the video.

It should cost you between 6000 to 7000 depending upon state and dealer. Pls check with RE showroom spare parts section.

I don't know bro. But you can courier ur meter to this guy and he can send it back after repair. Or u can send it with someone. I will check with colleagues and inform if I find any repair guy detail in Bangalore.

Please check the TVS diode also. If it gets damaged then the speedometer won't work
Bhai i faced same issue, same thing, battery drained out almost dead, and when change new battery, only led bulb like neautral, side stand, high beam etc working but other thing all fails, needle stuck in between

Yes mine was same issue plus the meter needles were stuck..if u r in delhi then get it checked..u wud have similar solution.

This issue happened with me as well when after changing the batter the digital led didn't work. Is this some sort of scam to make the owners buy more RE parts. In somethings RE is actually looting RE owners
I think its not a scam but an issue with Thunderbird electrical part management.
Some requirement issues. May be RE need higher capacity battery and stock fitting battery is of a lower capacity one.

@@saurabhsrivastav902 Not sure dear..But I replaced my Main IC only. This person who repaired my meter is in Delhi and his number mentioned in the video. You can talk to him. He accepts courier and send it back after repair.
