The Dark Moorland is a "nodes and corridors" type of map. Great for chokepoints in the corridors. I usually build housing on the nodes and tech on the starting node, planning and building only temporary housing at the beginning that I'll delete later when I have captured the 1st node.
I really enjoy the ambiance and aesthetic of these early maps. I mainly watch your videos when I'm winding down from a long day, and the autumn-y color palate makes for an extra cozy viewing experience.
Always enjoy a good Kensei vid. Sad the SSD crapped out. Selfishly I enjoy this series as it means we’ll get a desert run. I’m convinced that’s the hardest map in the game. I’m often lucky to make it to the 2nd wave
@@KenseiTV sorry about the SSD Kensei. My Pc booted up into its bios the other day out of nowhere. I feared the worse. Have you ever considered a best practices or tips video? I’ve learned a lot just by watching but took me a while to figure out you key bind housing and stuff for upgrades. I’ve been doing it since. Food for thought.
If theres something i wish to happen is that kensei uploads more often ,im fking addicted to your videos bro !!keep em coming please ,personally im grateful for each one ❤❤
I need help, I am doing the caustic lands with 120 days and challenging level of zombies(medium). I get a really good start but my problem is the sheer number of zombies is so much more than the difficulty before it. Any tips on completion? I would appreciate it. I have done caustic lands so many times and keep failing I’m trying to unlock the next map that’s my goal
Try to look at the mini map more often or use pause to look around and spot potential threats. Turning on "Show visible alerts" can also help. It's also fine to just get extra rangers to double up on risky sides or replace lost ones. If you can get away without extra ones that's great but there is enough time to also just play safer with extra rangers. And on some maps you can claim a lot of area with those extra rangers so it can be beneficial for that as well. And finally having scratichng posts at key locations can help pull zombies on to walls and give some extra time to react.

Nodes and corridors is a good description for it. Even housing without market and bank can be useful on a map like this.

Sorry about your ssd happy for the series

Any tips on handling early walker waves? I get the notification but am too slow to move the ranger so i end up losing rangers early like before day 10

sadly, it is impossible to raise the difficulty of the map higher than intended by the developers, up to 900%(
Easy map) but interesting!
