You know these kind of people live in their own bubble when even they don't realize that almost all wrestling fans only watch main roster WWE. Even on OSW comment section, you see these marks complaining when the hosts talk about wrestling outside of the big companies.
I love that Slip is so synonymous with Smackdown in nL lore that they STILL keep mixing it up. Love the GM mode vids boys. It sounds lame but I look forward to them as if they’re new episodes to a TV show.

For level 4 rivalry’s I think it’s fine to have a match with them at it as it gives a rating boost, it does make it stale but you can just wait a week or if it’s a ppv it will still end. Also doing falls count anywhere matches is bad for non ppvs due to the extreme stamina cost
It's weird to me that signing a free agent burdens the budget with the entire contract's worth right away. For example Slip not being able to sign one worth 48k when he has 28k or roundabouts. In sports it would affect the entire payroll but obviously it would be paid out yearly if a multi-year deal and you have a salary cap for each year. Since matches cost x amount to book each week why would a salary not also be accounted for the same way? I guess it's like you're expected to be liable for all of it so you can get that money back when you want by releasing them. I think there would be less resistance to trying to sign someone if the game didn't apply its full amount to a total budget right away
My reasoning is that the specialty matches don't really cost more to put on, but that it's in all of the wrestlers' contracts that they get paid bonuses for putting on special matches.
If you guys are looking for tips, then here's one for you. Upgrade your logistics. Yes, arena size is most important, but they all add value and you should upgrade one of them as soon as you can every time. The bonuses they provide add up bit by bit and help a lot in the long run.

In this version, once you've upgraded them, you just always have the best version anyway, so the sooner you upgrade them, the more benefit you get from them.

Even that initial $50,000 is better spent on a ppv arena, specialty matches, or saving money Towards a better logistics upgrade until all your others are tier 3-4. The network payout will pretty much never pay off and you have much better ways to get more fans and more money.

If you get a shake-up of "Giants boosts Pop of others by 5" or whatever class, I try to buy jobber giants and put them into the same match. I believe the buff stacks and also you boost the other giants at the same time. Glad we finally got to see the Brothers of DestructOwen.
Y'all should try special guest referee. It both provides a morale boost to the wrestler working as a referee and it increases the odds of the wrestler they're helping win the match.

As I am finishing watching the video one question comes up a lot or variations of the question. Let's start from the beginning: The draft all superstars cost is based in this order ring xp level, popularity, and how many weeks they are signed for. Through the season contract extensions will happen the key is as always xp level, popularity, and how weeks are left in the season. To offer a low ball offer the xp level and popularity need to be equal to say (example: level 10 pop at 50) will not work and will trigger the 100k extortion from the superstar. Now key to remember the biggest backfire to all this that all the work done for all superstars carries over so if the are not keepers for season 2 then all superstars will cost 1/3 more than the start of the game.

I read online the match was winnable but i swear me and my brother (8 years old at the time) couldnt win after hours.
