- WE'RE BACK! It's time for WWE 2K24 MyGM! The long awaited draft & first episode of our respective brands, as Adam, Slip, Johnny & Jericho all fight for bookerman supremacy. Who will be drafted, who will be the champions, and how will the boys handle all the new mechanics in this years MyGM game?

It's fitting that Jawnny chose ECW as his brand considering his JR impression, and how Oklahoma BURIED the...no wait, that was in WCW. Nevermind. But Jawnny still has a great JR impression.

Really excited for you guys bringing this back! Always relaxing to sit back and watch you guys book. I'm running ECW with my buddies so I'm glad they were selected here. Pumped to see how you four navigate some of the newer features as well. Think it makes the mode more personal save to save. Appreciate the return!!

CM Punk with the long term storytelling when he goes through real glass on ecw
I can see it now, CM Punk vs LA Knight in their biggest blow off feud in a No Holds Barred match, LA Knight sets up a double stack of tables and a pane of glass on the outside,, CM Punk nails LA Knight with a steel chair, and when he fails to go down, smacks him with a light tube, he notices the glass on the tables, gets the biggest shit eating grin and goes to the camera man 'Real glass. Take that cried river, and shove it up your ass through an enema Jack.', and sets up LA Knight for a dumping reverse suplex over the top rope, LA Knight reverses and just, throws Punk over the top rope and through the tables and glass. Punk is bleeding like hell and has a few small shards in his skin, and when LA Knight goes to Punk with a flaming 2x4 he screams I QUIT and the Ref calls the match, but LA Knight wacks Punk with the 2x4 anyway.

MyGM is still my favorite mode! I've played 20+ Seasons in '24, and here are a few things I think 2K could adjust that might help improve the in-game quality of life:
• Allow players to choose an OPENING BUDGET up to $5,000,000. Sometimes, we want to just play a quick game with friends/against the CPU, instead of a long-haul "build a company from the ground up" experience. If we go crazy signing too many multiple, big contracts that we can't handle, spending too much, too soon alongside allotted SHOW LOGISTIC ASSET points, or mismanage funds in other areas and start failing, that's part of the fun!
• The weekly TALENT SCOUTS pool might be better off starting with four random Superstars from _each_ SUPERSTAR LEVEL (0-4, 5-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25). Or rather, the option to choose On/Off during SEASON SETTINGS. If what we see provided isn't what we're looking for, _then_ we resort to utilizing points, other than relying so heavily on them and spending funds for undesired results. Alternatively, 10 Points allotted starting each week would be great. Some Superstars I haven't even seen since S1, because my overall active roster is so deep. lol I'm not memorizing each playable person's gained or changed ROLE/CLASS/LEVEL across multiple seasons while trying to find them later on. C'mon, now.
• PROMO SKILL 5 failing a CALL OUT? Why are PROMO SKILL 5 Superstars doing POPULARITY +1 SELF PROMO ratings? PROMO SKILL 5 losing POP -6? Why are Superstars with PROMO SKILL 4 losing around POP -8 for ADVERTISING, and constantly having unsuccessful CALL OUTS? What's the purpose of raising their skills, then?... This is wildly imbalanced.
• Practically everything else is customizable. If players want to start a game with everyone at 1 or 70 POP, we can do that. So, why can't we just go nuts and customize PROMO SKILLS as well? It doesn't make much sense having, say, a Ric Flair CAS/CAW randomly generated at 1.
• The "Good Talent" Power Card is *far* too scarce. It appeared only maybe, three times during my playthroughs across several seasons.
We've had a few updates for MyGM, such as tuning for price cost logistics, assets, ticket price, capacity, and reduced talent scout search costs of icons, legends and immortals, and other aspects. Whomever is out there, *PLEASE,* keep these updates coming for '24!
promo skill seems more like a suggestion than the rule, as it slightly increases the odds of success. it should probably be reworked instead to lessen the impacts of a bad promo - since anybody can job a cut.
As someone who tries to get as much fans as possible at the end of my seasons in an highscore way, I wish we got more info on how the different scores are calculated, like what are the weights for popularity/rivalry/performance/match type/etc, how important is the XP level in the show ratings and such.
Did you know that getting 5 stars in a match doesn't necessarily mean you got as many new fans from it as you could? I tested in a same wrestlemania main event with the same stars to have a backstage brawl (no specialist in that) and an extreme rule match (two specialists) by having a backup of my savegame file before that show and even though I got 5 stars in both configurations, the extreme rules earned me waaaay more fans (like, 40k more or so). Like that ER match was a 7 stars but the game only displayed 5.
These make it hard to book as well as possible. I'm ok with the randomness of which cards, emails or even matches performance you get, but at least they should make it clear how score works.
100% agree with the CAW promo skill btw.
Highly needed also, IMO, having the option to discard trophies completely for the ranking.

The only thing i hate about GM mode is it seems like perks and stats for superstars seem to be set at random and make no sense in some cases (ie Charlotte Flair being a giant class) as well as their over reliance on class and heel/face matching and treating it like a pokémon battle like there should be some kind of logic put in to recognize matchups that did great in real life or well known dream matches
