Not that it really mattered. because Kaguya didn’t really do much damage either, and Infinite Tskuyomi didnt kill anybody. so the idea that “she sucks because she didn’t do this” is based on nonsense because it didnt even really matter in the end whether she stabs it or not. in fact it should be considered a good thing she doesnt because if she stabs the eyeball, they defeat Madara without him activating it, meaning Sasuke doesnt get a pardon for helping to end Infinite Tsukuyomi. which means Sasuke is executed, and Naruto is killed by Momoshiki later on. so this is actually one of the more ridiculous anti sakura arguments since things get worse if she stabs the rinnegan, not better.

If we compare her to the other mc her feats are no where nearrrr their lvl and even in terms of who is stronger shes below their lvl.
