    Dear Lesley, I accomplished both 90-days yoga fix and numerous other workouts delivered by you. Usually I start and/or end my day with your workouts, so you understand to which extend I like them. More than thankful for that!
    Whether possible, I'd like to ask for a sort of strange (as for yoga practitioner) class - Yoga workout/ meditation to assist to quit smoking. I guess it sounds really funny :) However, I'd be enormously thankful!

    I loved this so much. I did this on a day when I was not only tight in my shoulders, but I was also feeling a little blue, and I truly felt like a new woman after!! Even days later I still feel the benefits in my body, and most importantly my heart. Thanks for such wonderful videos!!

    love it! I've started yoga with Lesley's videos about two and a half or three months ago. Wow, I can't even express how my life has changed since then! It's not only about my body being more fit and healthy, it's not only about being more flexible, cause of course I already feel a lot better, a lot more energetic than before. But it also changed my attitude, I feel more feminine, I feel more patient, balanced. I sleep like a baby, I don't worry about little things, I like people more, I like myself more - and that was a huge problem for me. So if you are wondering - if yoga and beautiful yoga teacher Lesley can somehow improve your lifestyle, just push play. That's the only thing you have to do to start your amazing and never-ending way to happiness. Thank you, Lesley!

    My shoulders and chest have been so tight (I'm a weightlifter) and this helped SO MUCH. I had to pause a few times and modify a few things but I really enjoyed this! I'm saving this and going to try to do it every other day!

      Fightmaster Yoga Yes!! It would be so lovely if you could come to a retreat sometime! I also do shorter, less expensive ones that might be easier to get to. I'm planning one for Sedona, AZ and for Ojai, CA in 2016. They'll be from a Thursday to a Sunday and they're really fun! I'll let you know when we have the dates solidified :-)

    Thank you, thank you, thank you! My shoulders needed that after 108 Sun Salutations over the weekend for the Africa Yoga Project fundraising!!! I was wondering if you could offer a longer yoga session (60mns) incorporating all the challenging poses, twist, etc. I would love to be able to do at least one long class at home rather than going to the yoga studio twice a week.     Perform this yoga practice today after doing a hit workout with another Channel and it was really good I had to get myself warmed up I knew for the shoulder work because I'm two years recovering from diabetic frozen shoulder which is ten times worse than normal frozen shoulder and I was happy that I was able to do every single pose except the arm wrap around with a bent knee because I've never had that kind of flexibility so instead I just bent forward and extended my arms backwards. Overall, it really helped ease some of the shoulder tension I have if I'm continuing to regain my range of motion.

      Yes, I mean rounded forward;) I did not know what is kyposis exactly so I googled it and saw many pictures about it. I do not have severe symptom like pictures I saw but I can feel my spine is curved. Thank you for asking and thank you for your help in advance;)

      Taeyoung Han Thank you so much for your clarification. I'm adding a new class either this week or next called yoga for flexibility for upper back and hips. I show a couple of things to help the upper back not to round forward (and the shoulders). If you're familiar with cobra pose, i like to think of keeping a little bit of cobra pose in my upper back whenever I fold forward. It seems to help me to keep for overly-rounding. I hope this helps and I hope you like the new video coming out soon. xx

    Great video! Finally some great shoulder tension releasers poses, the tightest areas on my body. Just throwing this out, I have been noticing that when I wake up from sleeping, I am super tense and on my left side and my shoulders are almost to my ears hunched. I have a lot of tension in my upper back from computer work. Is there any sleeping position or tool (specific pillow, etc.) to use when I sleep so that I am not waking up in this stressed position? I have been using these shoulder video techniques daily but still feel tense during sleep. Thanks!

      Stinky Puppy Hi! I'm so glad this video is helping your shoulders. I'm not sure about the best sleeping positions but I know if I sleep on my back, I'm more comfortable with rolling my pillow under my cervical spine, like a neck roll. Be sure to drink lots of water during the day at least 64 ounces or 2 liters. Also, I like to take magnesium when I feel that I'm holding tension in my body. I like the product called, "Natural Calm." I stir it into water and drink it before bed. If you can, practice some yoga in the morning and in the evening...maybe about 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes at night. I hope this helps!!

    After a year back to steady practicing I was finally able to do Marichyasana C today - OK, only on one side! But it is one of the few poses that has been slowly coming. Hooray for small victories!

      YES EXACTLY! Progress, not perfection! I know when I've been away for awhile, I've been discouraged when I can't get into a pose - especially Marichyasana C....so I know how good it feels to get that pose back! Excellent!

    I am trying to build up to handstands.. but have had a few shoulder injuries in the past... this was a great class and any advice you could give me for heading towards handstands would be great.. I cannot do wheel pose either. Blessings and Namaste!

      +Jhilmil Breckenridge I think this class is really good to help you find more flexibility in your shoulders. Also, for handstands, practice more core work (i.e. plank, dolphin plank, boat). :-)

    My first thing on this monday morning was looking for you, and your new video:) I liked it very much...i practice with you every morning, i love your calm voice, quotes, your way of practice, i fell in love with yoga because of you, i think you are born to be a teacher , and i am so happy that you are my yoga teacher. If you are running out of ideas
    what do you think about Yoga for strenght video, or more variations of wrapping and binding(that's my favorite video) , that is just a suggestion :) can't wait for next Monday, Namaste Lesley, you beautiful woman .

    Thank you for this class. Just what I needed :)
    Question: is it ok to do savasana with my feet flat on the floor and my knees against each other? Because it feels better for my back.
    Also thanks for the intention inspiration. I am already writing down what I am grateful for in my old notebook. Writing down my intentions for the new year in my new notebook is a wonderful idea.

      Try elevating you knees by placing a bolster under them, I find this much more relaxing and easy on my lower back.

It's been such an amazing practice for me! Regarding your back, I agree with Zal's comment...if you put a bolster under your knees or roll up a blanket or towel and allow the backs of your knees to rest on it, your back will feel better. I think it's okay to allow your knees to rest against each other sometimes, but if you can use a blanket or bolster instead, it will probably be a little better alignment-wise.     I have a wide chest and broad back and shoulders to not do most of the poses. Hopefully, it'll get me a little more mobile.

    Lesley, I have toiled away to get to bridge for about two years thinking it was lower back inflexibility that was preventing my arms from working. Recently I realised it was my shoulders and upper back due in part to weight training these area for years without flexibility training. Thanks to your videos, I am now able to get to bridge and I am so happy as this is a fundamental movement to martial arts training and after perfecting this pose I will be able to advance.     I've been working with this video for a few days to try and get my shoulders to open. I can barely get my arms in most of the positions let alone touch fingers, but I feel a little better after completing it each time.
    Do you have a recommendation for another video I could pair this one with to trade up the routine yet still work on my shoulders and flexibility?

    Fightmaster Yoga ok so I'm a dancer (my video hasn't dropped yet) and I want to improve my overall flexibility. So do I do a video everyday or what? Like do I do certain things on certain days? Let me know please! Btw my dance style is bonebreaking so my arms are really flexible lol.
