Thank you for the explination I actually agree with you ...... mostly. and since you've been so polite through this conversation I promise to give it another try Have a wonderful weekend mate
I'm sorry but I feel obliged to point out that you don't know what you're talking about. This remix has been created for dance floors; so that means when you're sitting at home you either listen to Bob Dylan, or Barbara Keith's cover but on the dance floor you need that extra punch and danceable rhythm. Believe me, when you hear this at a club you'll go apeshit :) you'll love it, trust me.
Thanx for calling me buddy, thanx for saying i'm not an idiot (because that's a fact) it's NOT better than the original but if you like it then God Bless you, I still think they ruined a good thing, Hope you & yours have a Great New Year ......
No buddy your are not an idiot...i think its just your age that doesnt comply with editing music....its a superb edit and even same if not better than the original :-) v opinions-opinions
the whole point is that a lot of dance music sucks - in general; it's because of artists bringing back musicality into danceable rhythms that there's still good dance music. Although this is a remix, I think this track is a pretty example of how one can bring musicality back to the dance floors in stead of having the same generic bull shit over and over again. Believe me, you'll go apeshit when you hear this on a big system. You'll be happy you won't have to listen to generic dance music.
You want to dance play dance music don't go ruining classics. when I used to DJ I most likely would play this and it would definately fill the dance floor but that's not the point Barbara Keith would never approve of doing this to her song, it's just a bunch of noise masking a great track.
Bye bye bassline. Just 1 kick and 4 claps doesn't do it. Ever felt a bassline 'walk' down you spine? Pffff nitwits! And Move D is just superficial househead with no real musical direction. I rather hear Optimo! ;P
I got the original Barbara Keith record its pretty rare - nice work
I first heard this song on her original record. It's my all time favorite song. I have saved so many versions; her's & Jimi's are my 2 favorites.
Insane Gem.
thank you, what you said goes both ways.
I wish you an awesome weekend as well!
very nice work!

The original version sucks, I'm glad I didn't have to grow up in an age of shitty music!
This is awful leave a great recording alone
You have no idea about edits. This is just a retouch.
