Put conditioner in a spray bottle with water. Finger pull it. Use a detangle product after. Use a detangling comb and or brush. If that doesn’t work then get professional help
get your hair soaking wet, add conditioner in the shower, let it sud up with more water, tie it in a bun and detangle starting from the bottom of the back of your head, dentangle the sides then work your way to the top.
