If you are in same ditrict maybe 40km away from office but ypu plan to shift in case of wfo then will they give shifting allowance. I come from place where we dont have public transport like metro cities..while in metro there are many options to reach office even for longer distance for me there is only 1 option ST bus. Will they give shift allowance

Nowadays it is very difficult because employees are asked to do external certification and have t factor more than 2 Is it really necessary to have above criteria?I have seen some of my friends having experience more than 4.5yrs with good band still no promotion. Every certification has own value and worth.. it all depends on what technology you are currently working if happy with current technology else want do you want to do? Stay in tcs or switch.. if switch then in which technology you want to switch and same language certification you have to do.. if want to stay in tcs then prepare for DCA.. hope I m making myself clear
