a school in the Ladakh is surprising. the younger generation should uplift their community.
No basketball court? No swimming pool? No tennis court? No cricket ground? No common facilities like canteens? Why the government can't provide these things?

I can't understand why? Are they a minority in their own land? I don't think so. And what about the government fund? Ladakhis will operate the schools with Ladakhi as second language.
