Young but full of heart, ready to protect the helpless, but also take down a necessary evil even if that means killing(well he almost killed Shadowtwo by removing the crystal.. like how Silver though Sonic was the downfall to the future and was sent back into the past to kill Sonic.) All hope seems lost until Pigment shows up at the last second with the Synergy Stone in tow. Will she be able to stop her father before it’s too late? And how much longer can Shadow Mewtwo continue to put up resistance before exhausting his Gaia energy? Only time will tell… This was definitely a fun watch. Great work to everyone involved in the project. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas.
I had just finished watching the latest episode, and seeing Pigment with those red eyes, really spooked me. the one thing that I want to see is that Mewtwo survives all of this and, more or less, gets back to his normal life, or as normal as he could be, although Mewtwo might suffer from PTSD if he doesn't get the help that he might need.
As I understand it, the original Mewtwo personality is subjugated by the shadow crystal, rendering him technically unconscious through it all. He probably won’t remember most of this.

You know, I expected Pigment to grab the crystal thing from inside of the floor, I've read/seen enough stories. What I didn't expect was how creepy she made her enterance. Those red eyes and the shadow around her was the most dramatic way she could have entered. Especially as a cliffhanger.
The battle between Huey and Mewtwo was beyond epic, but the moment Pig's hand lifted from the ground I knew $h!t's about to get real. Her showing up gives me the same vibes as when I hear Sephiroth's theme. Or walking into a harmless looking home and suddenly Cynthia wants to battle.
Watching since the beginning I will say these series of comics and the love put into them by not only the artist but OVAS bringing them to life has been beyond words impressive. Yet I would like to bring up a point no one else in the comments from what I have seen has pointed out yet. (Spoilers for anyone who hasn't watched the full vid). When pig enters into the fight the shadows that grow on the ground and when pig finally begins to rise up from the ground showing her ghostly nature reminded me heavily of when Giratina would manifest itself. The correlation may just be in my mind, yet I can't help but feel this was done on purpose as in platinum the same ghost legendary shows up to stop cirus from messing up the world so one could possibly see a link with pig wanting to stop this corrupted form of her father.

I think you may have gotten the forms mixed up lol. That indeed was the X form that Huey Mega Evolved into. Only Newtwo has the Y mega form that we know of so far.

But it's kinda cool! These series were a bit of a fever dream, when I came to the creation of Pigment, thinking it was a Mewtwo Creation flashback and the Shadow Mewtwo Arc started, eh? I am still coping, that Mewtwo will come back eventually, but it's gonna be something else, ain't it? And after this whole arc ends and some more, I am planning to take a break, because I look like I have an unhealthy obsession, when trying to look, if it ends nicely. It's been a year since I myself have discovered this wonderful comic drama series, however, I am not leaving this comment here just to commemorate or anything. I would like to thank TC-96 for creating the fan fiction masterpiece that is Mew & Mewtwo, not just for entertaining me but quite literally saving my soul from the pit of despair I've got myself in. This comic gave me inspiration to write my own Pokemon novel, and what was at first a merely glorified fanfic ended up as effective therapy. It cured my PTSD I struggled with ever since my cat died in my arms, and when I finished it, I could finally smile again. Thank you, guys, if it wasn't for you, I would've been miserable to this very day. I owe you a lot, my friends.

As someone who reads the comics before your dubs come out, I ADORE how James chose to use the Hollow Knight theme for Pigment's entrance! It's so fitting for both Mewtwo in his current state and Pigment herself being an anomaly of a Mewtwo since she's part-Ghost type. Hopefully she'll have better luck in getting to her Da than Huey did trying to get to his Uncle Face.

I absolutely love the music in this episode. The anime hero track that starts up when Huey holds back the beam, the evil villian track that emphasizes the utter contempt corrupter Mewtwo has for Huey, the uplifting yet creepy track that shows Pigment is ready to fight while acknowledging their Ghost-type. It is just SO GOOD!
The best fricking fight ever... Huey held up like a champion in there, even facing up Mega-Shadow Mewtwo he was still thinking about saving his uncle, the quality of the fight was awesome, and the cliffhanger... dear Arceus, now is up to Pig to save both Huey and Mewtwo.
This episode hands down made Huey and Pig my favorite characters (I already loved them before, but it was amplified) and I honestly I can't wait for the next episode

The music at the end reminds of sealed vessel by man on the internet based on the hollow knight boss from hollow knight and the song's theme is how the boss had failed everyone so it fit so much that huey failed I'm not saying that it is a good thing no, it just fits

Finally finished watching it all.... Oooo man that was an awesome fight, nicely done to Huey,,. but not good two figured out how to mega evo too... but Pigment coming out of the ground all ghostly and very much mad as hell looking was amazing to see. The music at the end reminds of sealed vessel by man on the internet based on the hollow knight boss from hollow knight and the song's theme is how the boss had failed everyone so it fit so much that huey failed I'm not saying that it is a good thing no, it just fits

I'm pretty sure mewtwo being shadow mewtwo changed his psychic typing to dark type, meaning pigment, being ghost and psychic type will have a huge disadvantage. I wish you luck pigment!

Finally finished watching it all.... Oooo man that was an awesome fight, nicely done to Huey,,. but not good two figured out how to mega evo too... but Pigment coming out of the ground all ghostly and very much mad as hell looking was amazing to see. Loved this a whole lot!!! Can't wait for more!!!!
This series caused my first ever addiction and I have no regrets on watching this

He already wasn’t being too smart. First by showing Shadow Mewtwo to thing he’d use to purge him, then forgetting to use it when he had him pinned down.
