REBEL MOON 2: Reviewing Snyder's DIASTROUS sequel | Why is it SO BAD? - Nerd Legion Ep. 27

- Not simply content with making one terrible Rebel Moon movie, Zack Snyder delivers another via Netflix called Rebel Moon Part Two: The Scargiver. Almost nothing happens in this film as it decides to dedicate its running time to slow motion grain harvesting rather than world-building or character development, leading to some rushed and hilarious moments. Interspersed with occasionally interesting visuals, Rebel Moon ends up being a hybrid of the Seven Samurai and The Canterbury Tales if they were interpreted by an idiot. Watch for laughs only.

"There's a four piece quartet there...which most quartets are." I always appreciate Doa's brilliant insights. /s
What I love the most about Nerd Legion isn't the great recommendations, good analysis or DoA's infinite optimism, it's Monte screaming my ear off while he's slapping his chair because he hates the movie so much. He really is a professional playa hater.
The grain must flow!!!
(in slow-mo of course)
Rebel Moon has to be the worst thing any actor can be associated with
Surely Rebel Moon is more embarrasing for Anthony Hopkins because at least Transformers was forgettable? RM is quite visibly awful
Great. More Rebel Moon. Time to lose more sanity points.
Just a small piece of smart-assery for 59:29 : Deers (and Elk) Regularily shed their Antlers in a Painless way, usually once a year. The Robot who doesn't want to kill having Antlers does not mean he killed an Animal for it.
I've been waiting for this one to come out, nothing quite beats an autopsy of a bad movie
Shogun is great, it's 100% worth going back to it
Been so hyped for this one, another banger. hilarious episode.
I think the Transformers role has to be more embarrassing for Sir Anthony Hopkins, at least for this all he had to do was sit in a booth and read lines, in Transformers he had to be on set with Mark Wahlberg AND have his CGI body be blown into the air
excited for more shogun
i stumbled here a week too early by accident :D
Zach Snyder has provided me a lot of enjoyment between this stuff and the whole arc ralph the movie maker went on with him. Really hope this ends up getting greenlit for the full 6.
STOP GIVING SNYDER MONEYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
Well, all the final battle on the ship is a rip-off of the Invisible Hand from Revenge of the Sith. Only difference is in the hangar there was just R2 decimating droids and avoiding being crushed by Jedi starfighters.
I love how they never sent some dudes to capture jimmy the robot after he massacred the rapists. Theyre like nah, we will leave our saditious flimsy lowest ranking ladyman to oversee our interests.
THEY MADE A SECOND ONE?!
All the references all the time the movie
