I would seek help locally , for proper guidance . You still need to put in your own effort , poja and practice dont need to be expensive. I wish you the best finding strength within you , may your merit lead you to your guru .

You may go that center but do you know Rinpoche passed into Parinirvana a couple of years ago . I am also new monk here in Nepal so if you want some suggestions from me I am open
Dear Basanta, you have many great teachers in Nepal; try Shechen Monastery, or Tergar Monastery; Tsem Tulku and his group worships Dorje Shugden which is not adviced to be practiced by Dalai Lama, Dilgo Khyentse and Minling Trichen Rinpoche.
