This (VHS) video takes a behind-the-scenes look at special effects in feature films and shows examples of the latest work (in 1984) being done in computer generated imagery, video games and sound effects. Includes clips from: Android, The Empire Strikes Back, Flight Report X-1A, King Kong, Planet Stories, Return of the Jedi, The Right Stuff, Search for Antiworlds, Sorceress, as well as TV commercials and computer imagery.

Opening music by Terrasound.de (track: moviescore A) - added because the condition of the first part of the original tape I have was to bad to publish. Rest of the video is the original audio.
Made as a 'wide screen' version because the original tape was damaged in most of the lower parts of the screen.
Back in 1984 this video started my interest in the making of movies.
