As a Bulgarian I'm not sure if Romania is our best friend (probably yes, if you ask the majority).
For N.Macedonia -> I don't think ethnic Macedonians like Albania, rather, ethnic Albanians in Macedonia. And for Macedonians - Serbia and Croatia seem to be the closest.
For Greece -> very interesting with Croatia. They have many friends, I thought Cyprus was their best friend.
For Romania -> I think Moldova is the closest, closer than France.
For Slovakia -> I confirm, have lived there and they love the Czech Republic.
