They wouldn't need to learn it from Duolingo if Swedish people spoke Swedish instead of speaking English with immigrants.
@@bayramcigel8121,
English is a language more likely to be spoken by immigrants, so they probably use it as the default language because that way they can understand it.
Duolingo is used to learn and complement the learning process without the need to attend Swedish classes.

yeah like japan in 14:48 the US still views japan as “reconsider to travel” that was 4 years ago during the pandemic. plus the percentage of starvation in japan in 2003 has similar level to other second world countries?! how's that even possible to a country that is already the most richest, developed, livable country and one of the lowest poverty rates at that time 💀
@@user_banned74as you may know height is mostly dependant on the quality of diet and nutrition, thus developed countries having taller people there as higher quality diets and nutrition is more available. As proof the younger generation of the most developed parts of China is well in becoming taller than the average American unlike in parts that are undeveloped. But Japan has pretty much the same height for decades while being one of the most wealthiest countries in the world. It is due to the fact that Japan vehemently hates fat people with a few exceptions. They hate it so much that they view fat/chubby kids ugly and undesirable(ever seen anime where there's a fat kid they're always ugly/snotty/spoiled brats), purposely starve kids to maintain a petite look to them and making them malnutritished and stunting their growth compared to their neighbours. Along with them still eating as if it's still post war it is easy to see starving is comparable to second world countries.

I think it's because Japan experiences so many natural disasters.
It's outdated data from the pandemic. Japan wasn't even open to travellers during those times.
it’s not JUST over crime, it counts everything like natural disasters, tensions, threat of wars and more.
The corruption map is so inaccurate it's actually hilarious
agree. this is too subjective, obviously this map is made in favor of Western countries
The Western countries are far less corrupted than countries in the east. Only mistake I saw was that china should be more corrupted
in what way? most of the corrupt countries were dictatorships. Additionally these are stats not opinions the countries with the most known corruption are shown with the most corruption. I am sorry if you feel attacked because your country did poorly but insinuating the video is lying because you don't like what it showed is the hilarious part.

In India height depends upon the background. Like Tribal/adivasi and Himalyan people are shorth whereas ethnicities like jat, sikh etc are usually very tall.
That's because of the mixed origin of people. Those with more steppe dna are tall and those with more ASI dna are shorth.
It's more to do with standard of living, states with better standard of living are better than the rest of India as when it comes to height.

Greetings from Paraguay 👋🏻 The perception of corruption in the United States may seem less prevalent to its citizens, but for countries like Paraguay, the effects of American corruption are more pronounced and consequential. The United States’ involvement in Latin America during the Cold War, particularly through Operation Condor, had profound implications for the political landscape of the region, including Paraguay. Operation Condor was a campaign of political repression and state terrorism implemented in the 1970s and 1980s by the dictatorships of the Southern Cone of South America, which was backed by the United States. This operation facilitated the coordination of intelligence and security operations across borders, allowing for the systematic persecution of political opponents, which included kidnappings, torture, and assassinations.
In Paraguay, this external support bolstered the dictatorship of Alfredo Stroessner, who maintained a repressive regime for 35 years. The backing of the United States, under the guise of preventing the spread of communism, contributed to the undermining of democratic institutions and the rule of law in Paraguay. The legacy of this interference has had lasting effects, contributing to the challenges of corruption and institutional weakness that the country continues to face today.
Ironically, the U.S. has recently imposed sanctions on significant figures within Paraguay’s ruling party for corruption and links to terrorism, highlighting the international reach of such issues. Former President Horacio Cartes (who is in practice the current dictator in Paraguay) and current Vice President Hugo Velázquez have faced accusations of ‘rampant corruption’ and ties to terrorist groups, with allegations of bribing party members and legislators, and leveraging influence over Paraguayan institutions for personal gain. These actions not only undermine democratic institutions in Paraguay but also contribute to a global perception of corruption that transcends borders. It’s a stark reminder that corruption is indeed a day-to-day reality, often conducted behind closed doors and with far-reaching impacts.

I don’t think China will last very long due to the fact that more and more factories r moving out from the country, and the country itself is facing a huge population shortage crisis because of the one child policy. In the distant future, it will probably be replaced within a couple decades.
Also another factor is due to how rapidly AI is being developed, the low cost human forces strategy as China used to be will probably not require as much in the near future simply due to the fact that all the workers can easily be replaced by robots, so countries such as US would very likely to replace China since they hold some of the most advanced technology on creating AI factories.
