The break into the sound change... from the 2nd half of the sound towards the end is very Fleetwood mac sounding, especially on the studio recorded track with the passion and instrumentation. Such a good track to the album
@ThwompKid wait what he worked on the daisy jones soundtrack? Holy shit that would make a lot of sense, I know that the lead guy from Mumford and sons worked on it but I didn't even know that Blake mills did that's hella cool
Good lord... It's virtuosic, melodic, dynamic, incredible. I've been a fan of his for a while but the first time seeing this song live... Just wow. One of the best guitarists, best songwriters.
Blake Mills, why did I find your music so recently? I was introduced to your songs through Dawes and it's really awesome that I can see the Goldsmith Brothers in the backdrop! :) That guitar solo from 4:02 is just phenomenal and I love Danielle's backing vocal with yours!!
@@wymanTV I'm not Blake Mills nor professional guitarist for that matter. Not everyone who likes guitar strives to excel in the field. I just like to play songs I like from time to time
2024 and I cannot stop listening to this solo. It's incredible, and the crunch of that backing rhythm guitar. SO GOOD

yeah i feel like this was a key reference for his daisy jones soundtrack stuff

My god, that solo.... killer.
Two things.. Strap off and without a pick.. SO amazing

Cannot fathom why this guy isn't more popular. Virtuoso
I can't figure out why this guy isn't any LESS popular!
+Greg McCumber ~ agreed ... Blake Mills is one of a kind and there's just not a crowd on the cutting edge.
This is a tune!!! 👍🏻👍🏻🤘✌️
Danielle's vocals in these early clips with Blake remind me of a young EmmyLou ❣

This is sick
Guy can play this well even when his strap comes off at 4.16. Meant he went super picking to hold it with his fore arm which made it sound even better
Thank you!
February 2011
Oof...Blake needs to put that guitar back on and hit the road again.
Can I ask how long ago this was? Is this last year?
Guess he likes Fleetwood Mac
Anyone know some tabs for this?
just use your ears man. Blake didn't learn to do this by using tabs
