Beautiful scape Mark! I always wanted to try pea puffers! Just hard to dedicate a scape to a few instead of a school of nano fish 😂 they look so cool though and seem to have a character of their own!

Thats pea puffer heaven😂. Do you know why my pea puffer hides so much? The tank is heavily planted with lots of cherry shrimp and 4 cory. I alternate them with live daphnia, live tubifex worms and frozen worms also sometimes mosquito larvae but they dont seems to hunt that much and just hide. So much of the food became cory's buffet😅.

Will they eat the shrimps? I got Red Bee Shrimps and was planning to introduce Dwarf Puffer to the tank. Worried they will eat them.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the shrimplets get picked at and eaten but medium to full size shrimp should be fine.

I had a huge colony of blue jellies that lived with my 22 peas for about 6months. They took out the whole entire colony in about 3days after they decided that shrimp are delicious😫mine will pack hunt and kill larger shrimp like ghost and amanos too and then share the feast.. i do not recommend🙅🏻‍♀️

I thought because the tank was so big and the peas were already being fed very well (all live foods🙄) the shrimp would be ok.. but once the puffs fully matured it was just a crime scene for 3 straight days🙈 i tried to save some of the colony but the tank is so heavily planted it was next to impossible to get them out without destroying the entire set up
