NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service Tribal Fisheries Enforcement

I am exercising my 1st Amendment Right to discuss my time as a US Special Agent with NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service Department of Commerce. This video is about Tribal Fisheries Enforcement on the Klamath River and Northern California. Please hit Like and Subscribe.
I want to clarify that even if DOJ refuses to take a case NOAA General Counsel Attorneys can take a case Civilly. The last case I talk about I forgot to mention that NOAA General Counsel did make a small Civil Case on the violator. The photo I use for this video is of a tributary to the Middle Fork Eel River in Mendocino County on the Round Valley Reservation. The Round Valley Tribal Officer is working with me to remove fish weirs that were not being used to allow upstream migration for (ESA) Endangered Species Act listed Chinook salmon and ESA listed Steelhead.

You were lucky to work in Idaho. I worked a few years as a BLM Ranger LE in Wyoming and would pass through ID on the way from Evanston to Jackson down in the South East corner, beautiful state.
