Awesome video. I find that my neck starts hurting if I breathe every two strokes but I do like it for stamina reasons.
I do better breathing on right side, thus can do 2 stroke right side breathing comfortably enough. The left side 2 stroke is not smooth enough to feel effortless.
Next time time teach us trilateral breathing !

I only learned bilateral breathing.
Ok so if most pros Breathe every two strokes, then why do coaches try making you swim a full distance without breathing?
Build stamina i guess?
Increases your co2 tolerance. Makes you less panicked and calmer when you then revert back to every 2 or 3 strokes
