I feel for these girls they fell victim to the harshness of the record industry. If Sony weren't so up there cooperate ass they would have worked with the band to ensure they had another hit. Sony didn't exactly give the girls enough breathing space. In hindsight, Sony expected every song to be a top ten hit when they started to slip they were dropped. That is just bad management.
