I think a great challenge could be trying to resolve “the six shinobi” the card that skips your opponents next turn, and since it’s also a six samurai card I thought it would be fitting
Speaking of skipping you're opponent's turn, apparently number 21 the world is a card in master duel.

I have always loved the Dark Sanctuary card, Bakura was always my favorite character in the anime. A cool spin I’d like to see is a competitive Dark Sanctuary burn deck. Not using the spirit messages, but playing burn cards on top of Dark Sanctuary’s 50/50 chance of dealing damage back to my opponent. Thanks for the video Sam, good work as always!
Really cool video, I enjoyed the destiny board slowly filling the board sending a clear message Jeff that he had a one way ticket to the shadow realm! It is really nice that you are taking this series for old school cards and making them competitive, I think a deck from Tea could also be nice using Joan :-D

Most likely no animation given the name different between Japanese/English game. Plus it might be rather forbid considering that in the Japanese version. . . you kinda just lose the duel because you died lol.

@@newbiesama and Final Countdown too. One of my excitement when MD was released was that I can finally got to see Angel of Mischief and other alt win condition that I had never seen in old game.
They even made multiple monster animations for 1 archetype, surely they also had time to made alt win con besides Exodia, right?

I know is difficult, but i would love to see a competitive Horus deck, i used to play it a lot in the TAG Force games combined with Jinzo, the LV monsters were somewhat good back then

I think certain rare hunter decks would be a ton of fun especially the masks deck, with the masked beast being the big boss monster, and even the slifer deck too. Glad to see the destiny board, I was thinking about commenting for that deck the other day, just those cheeky decks from the enemies in the anime seem fun to showcase.

he can just play chaos max with a card that gives opponent monster or a card that changes your opponent monster to defence and just 1 shot them with the double piercing dmg
Or maybe just damage with traps/spells
Easy. Just play Gaia deck. Sky Galloping does this by itself
@@stinger0.046 he should try something like normal monster equipped with buncha equip spells or something like limiter removal type of cards
and make a BIG BONK atk from a generic 300 atk normal monster, makin it into a killing machine xD
I love win conditions like this, the anime makes them seem so strong but actually getting them to work takes a lot of skill and some luck
it also was harder to get strong monsters out. now u can summon 5 monsters on 1 turn or 1 that negates every card in the game

I would love to see a deck where you mess around with the opponents field like relinquished or ojama deck. I think a cool challenge would be how far in rank can you reach with these decks & I'll like to see what you can do with them!
Now this was one nostalgic duel seeing a Destiny Board sweep, but what I *really* wanna see is a fun burn deck that not only steadily chips away opponent's LP, but also prevents them from making certain plays that'll help them chip away at yours

I would love for you to do a "can this old deck win in today's meta" style of challenge where you would take an old YGO deck (like Six Samurai for example) and try to face up against the current day strongest decks
Hey, not that I've recorded it or anything, but if you're at all curious, I've VERY NEARLY gotten to Plat with the old school six sam (we talkin' no secret six samurai :o) and it's been an utter nightmare the entire journey. I can get lucky and get shogun shien out on first turn but without armor of the six sam to search, and pretty much without rolling hand of the six Sams for card protection, it's been an uphill, and mostly losing, battle, haha.
A great challenge would be a “no battle” challenge where you can only deal damage through effects

I know I'm 7 months late. Saw it in my sidebar. Brings back some fond memories. I remember being a young teenage and side decking Final into my deck during a local tournament. Opponent cut the deck, and I ended up with F right in the opening hand and just locked down the rest. Fond times. Loved using these, the thought of "uh oh i'm in danger" before all the FTK/OTK stuff made it a tad bit more exciting.
Thanks for this, destiny board is one of my favorite cards. Btw, you dont necessarily have to use sentence of doom just for the final letter, you can work backwards with it by placing L, then A, while destiny board will still be counting forwards until all spirit messages are on the board and you win the duel. Sentence of doom doesnt restrict which letter you place on the field.

I really like decks like these, they may not be that good but have an amazing theme or message ( death in destiny board and unity as in gathering all pieces of exodia or teamwork with ojama or a CRYSTAL clear win with the crystal beasts or never loose hope in Utopia) overall amazing vid

I was playing around with a kuriboh destiny board as a proof of concept. Using sentence of doom to recycle kuriboh might not be as efficient as battle fader, but it's oddly satisfying. Especially with the amount of link climbing you can accomplish between multiply and recycled kuriboh.
Another one of my favorites is fire fist or Gen knights. I’m currently playing on switch. Love the videos man 🔥
Man I would like to see your take on the playmaker deck I just started watching the series and recently discovered you and watch almost all of the first season of duel nights and if I didn’t have kids I swear I would get back into dueling . So if you do a deck on playmaker I would love to see it.

Been working on a destiny board deck the last week, you use sentence of doom to set the letters backwards, destiny board will always set in order so you set L first with sentence of doom and then A if you get another.
You can legit set all the letters with Sentence of doom and aftivate destiny board to finalise it lol

id love to see you tackle one of my favorite win conditions which is the 100.000 ATK Number iC1000 Numeronius Numeronia.
Its really hard to summon but is devastating if the opponent doesnt have an answer for it which would make for a really fun challenge video.
We need those cut scenes like in the Gameboy versions. I remember exodia hat a lit cut scene.. Final has one too I believe
