Hi I have just watched part 1 to part 3 and really enjoyed your videos. Its been eight years since my last visit to the Island and the reason being was a golf trip the France with my friends as we always did a couple of trips a year. I lived in Jersey for 24 years and married a local girl and had a great live, but my wife wanted a change so we moved to Spain 18 years ago and are now retired. I can see a lot of changes on your walk around St Helier and its become a very expensive place to live, with property I would say going through the roof. Still what a beautiful place Jersey is and we are planning a trip back next year. All the best.
I retired here to this wonderful island of Jersey seven years ago. It’s an absolute pleasure to live here I live in the beautiful Parish of Saint.Brelade . I live high on the hill overlooking this beautiful bay. in the warm summer months I sit on my balcony overlooking the beach, and the sea. eating fresh caught lobster and crab, drinking a cold bottle of Chardonnay🦞 ❤ it would be really nice to have the company of a lady to share the lobster and Chardonnay with . Yes indeed, people used to come over because of the cheap booze and cigarettes! Those days have gone I'm afraid........mind you I suppose it is not a bad thing that cigarettes cost a fortune nowadays! 😉
Hi Stephen, yes I believe that the wagon wheel cafe is still going. I thought it may have changed its' name but no, I think it is still the good old wagon wheel! 👍

I would be quite willing to share them with you and your audience. Unfortunately, I’m not very good with computers. This is all new to me, but I could get my daughter to help me send you the pictures over . maybe in the summer months when the weather is a lot warmer.👍 I would like to come on a walk with you and paddy. unfortunately, for me, it would only have to be a short walk as I have health issues. Inn on the park is long gone. Now apartments. St helier is ugly now.
