I belong to BC with a score of 668. Your rank list shows 785-830 for this mark. When this mark is manually verified by reviewing all the centers in Tamil Nadu that scored more than 668 marks, it is observed that the rank for this mark is 630. It looks like 30% of the extra ranks are indicated in your list. Please revise it again.

We had not mentioned 785-830 sir. The exact number we had mentioned for 668 marks was position 809 to 825. So basically as per the original center wise marks shared in PDF for TN centers - our exact numbers are 808 candidates are 669 or above 669 marks. And 17 candidates are at 668 marks. So basically 668 marks were at position 809 to 825 (before the negative 5 marks were awarded to Option 2 candidates). However your manual calculation has given you only 630 candidates. To help you out to verify this and check the remaining 195 candidates, we have shared the complete list of 825 in the TN center wise list (who are 668 and above). Note that this is sorted by Center and by S.No. So you can just open the PDF for that center, mark the S.Nos to check this. You will find 825 candidates above 668. We have done split for 153704 candidates and have validated the entire data
Link for 825 candidates above 668 (with Center and S.No within that center so that you can cross verify): bit.ly/tn688plusneetug2024
If you still think we need to do a revision, you can share the list of 630 candidates and we can also point out which ones you might have missed. Manual derivation is difficult and might have had errors.
In case there is further data required for validation, we will share that with you.
Note: The above is just the list of center wise candidates and the final merit list might vary because of
      i) Other state candidates writing in TN centers
ii) TN eligible candidates writing in other state centers
      iii) Minus 5 marks impact
iv) Candidates from this list not applying in TN Govt Quota

Do you have statistics about how many top students (let say the top 100 students) joined JIMPER, AIMS, and also 15% of AIQ? How many of the top scorers (more than 680 marks) have not perfered to join the top 3 (MMC, STLY, and MDMCC) medical colleges in Tamil Nadu? How many of the top students have not joined MBBS but have joined something other than MBBS? How many new Tamil Nadu-based students are going to be added to this list who took exams in other than Tamil Nadu? It will be useful if you have data for these questions.

Yes we do have i) and ii) from prev years.
Except for iii) how many of the top students did not MBBS (which might not be exact but we can approx) and iv) TN students from other state - we can only base this on 2023 data which we have already shared in the video.
If you can share with us (call us) on why this is useful we can generate this for you.
For all practical purposes, closing ranks is a reflection of this.
