So much valuable free advice in this video People say he charges money etc and he does etc nothing wrong with that but he gives so much valuable free advice in his 1500 or so free videos on TH-cam If you had to pay for this free advice in his TH-cam videos it would cost a fortune Basically the public have been buying houses the wrong way because they want to pay a 25 year mortgage and want to own 100% of the house etc but they only need a 25% deposit to get a mortgage which gives them the control of the deeds to be able to rent the house out room by room and make the living room and dining room in to bedrooms etc Plus many investors have money that they want to invest and receive a return on investment better than the bank interest rate without doing anything for it which is why these investors are happy to invest because the people approaching the investors to put the money down etc are doing all the work which suits the investor just fine because Investor 1 has no money but prepared to do all the work but needs money Investor 2 has the money but doesn't want to do any of the work Which works well for both investors and the investor with the money gets their money back very quickly plus a return on investment etc

Hello Mate Just a question recently I was been thinking to buy house up in north worth around 50k not to live but to give someone on rent after owning the house with full payment so that I can buy another house by putting previous house on bank to take loan. But the thing is that house is leasehold and its tenure is also not shown. Also I don’t subletting is allowed or not. I have emailed them hope to hear soon from them. This were my thoughts to do with my first home what do you think of this idea. Please reply also add your advice on this.
Could you buy one for yourself residential for now short term to then rent out a couple of rooms to get the income in that way the 15k would get you something about 100 to 125k then a add some value save the rent as it's tax free and work up👍 stick that on to a buy to let after you have added value so you should get some cash out then too

In 3 months, I will come to London to do masters in Project management. I will stay in London and dive into on real estate business. I have to start over. If you already have a system/team or profitable plan in the UK, I can be involved. Do you have a team like home refurbishment-selling or investment) in England that I can join you with? I can be part of this profitable business as well.
