I thought for I long time that she had been an underage stripper too but I looked at the court transcripts (public record) She stated that he may not have known her exact age but he did pick her up from school on multiple occasions, middle school (she was in 7th grade). The only thing Carlos mentioned in court about her doing "adult things" was that he saw her holding a wine cooler when he met her and she looked like the 'party type'. I dont understand the loophole that your talking about❗ If there talking to someone who they believe is a minor is 1 charge. To go to their home for sex is another charge. Theres 2 or 3 states were you have to be police for the state to use your evidence & to be able to prosecute. Everyone else can & should of been charged.

Im from htown i can remember dudes pulling up to the high school pickn up 9th grade girls and nobody said a word . Now every week a teacher goes to jail for messing with students so its always been common down here especially back then . Young broads down here be in the streets early and you can get caught up if you not careful especially on social media if you dont really know who you talking too its easy to get caught up.
Yeah I had recently found out from my coworker that when she was in high school in the district we both attended, multiple teachers were fooling with underage students there. One even got caught in the act in the school parking lot, he did time and got released and his fiance still stayed with him after that 🤦🏾♂️

If Vlad is going to keep bringing this up tell the entire story. I don’t know who the dude is or care who he is. He got his time and that’s that. I will say whatever strip club he met her should also be held accountable. How are they not somehow culpable for allowing a 13 year old to work there. Just like Vlad said u can tell if a girl is 13 the strip club should also even more know she was underage. I’m sure she had to prove she was 18. She never worked at a strip club at 13...she became a stripper later on in life. I thought for I long time that she had been an underage stripper too but I looked at the court transcripts (public record) She stated that he may not have known her exact age but he did pick her up from school on multiple occasions, middle school (she was in 7th grade). There's also a direct quote from Carlos where he states that he doesn't know where the rumor of her being a stripper came from (he said this outside of court in an interview.) The only thing Carlos mentioned in court about her doing "adult things" was that he saw her holding a wine cooler when he met her and she looked like the 'party type'. There's no need to say "I'm sure he didn't know this or that", that's called assuming and it's pointless when the records and transcripts are public. Oh and by the way, when the 9 year old's grandfather found out about what had happened, he had a heart attack and died. The little girl and her mother lived with the grandparents.
