so true ive always been a big guy 6'3" 230 since adulthood , so even before that i grew up in a fighting culture/environment , and realized early on i knocked people out . they went out,flat on their backs etc . i never looked for fights but when they found me i abided . one time living in pottstown pa cow country ,i was bored and went in this karate school and asked about getting lessons, and the little chinese guy running the place said " you dont need karate lessons you too big for this " lol he saidif i had even basic self defense skills which i did theres no practical reason to learn karate .and im old now and since then been in some literally epic fights ,broken bones etc and he was 100% correct

They've both been training in different styles for years. Realistically, I believe Bruce Lee would not have fought Michael Jai White. He would not have any reason to. Now if it was a life and death situation that's a different story. The likelihood of that happening is slim to none. Now let's say they did fight for real, what would have happened. Two things. Either Bruce would have to wear White down by dodging, and throwing things at him, or do dirty fighting like eye pokes and such. Bruce Lee is not stupid, he would not go toe to toe with White. Same as what Floyd Mayweather Jr. would have done.

This man was literally a freak of nature, his muscle twitch fibers, and thorough understanding of rooted physical positioning made his level of speed and power incomparable to ANYTHING today, which is why he's never been duplicated. MJW is a tremendous martial artist but the problem is he's constantly clout chasing and trying to get any sort of relevance. He knows few things about Bruce Lee but doesn't actually know a lot about him, especially the way Bruce was and the way he actually fought in real life. Bruce was dangerous in real fights, there's an audio of Bruce talking something to the effect of being Joe Lewis, Chuck Norris and Mike Stone's teacher and treating them like a child. They didn't do shit about it because they couldn't. Do your research people. There's a tremendous book written by John little (tremendous researcher on Bruce) recently named "The wrath of the dragon: Bruce Lee's real fights" I highly recommend y'all watch it and I highly recommend y'all to watch Bruce's footage and slow it down to really analyze it. The issue with most martial artist is its more similar to choreographed dance routines then fighting. I took lessons from great grandmaster Ralph Castro and look at the photos of him and Bruce Lee for a few years. It's performance art and not to useful in street fights. By no mean am I disrespecting Bruce Lee but what fight? Yes he got respect from his students they went to him to learn. Why wouldn't they listen to him. Yes, right off the bat, I'm going to note the size difference because you just HAVE to. Let's be real, here. That said, Bruce Lee was famous for having power unexplainable for his size and at a bare minimum, he could make the fight a draw by playing "catch me if you can" with his superior speed and quickness (and yes, I would give Bruce Lee the edge in that area). MJW is a tremendous martial artist but the problem is he's constantly clout chasing and trying to get any sort of relevance. He knows few things about Bruce Lee but doesn't actually know a lot about him, especially the way Bruce was and the way he actually fought in real life.
Bruce was dangerous in real fights, there's an audio of Bruce talking something to the effect of being Joe Lewis, Chuck Norris and Mike Stone's teacher and treating them like a child. They didn't do shit about it because they couldn't. Do your research people. There's a tremendous book written by John little (tremendous researcher on Bruce) recently named "The wrath of the dragon: Bruce Lee's real fights"
I highly recommend y'all watch it and I highly recommend y'all to watch Bruce's footage and slow it down to really analyze it. He was remarkable

The issue with most martial artist is its more similar to choreographed dance routines then fighting. I took lessons from great grandmaster Ralph Castro and look at the photos of him and Bruce Lee for a few years. It's performance art and not to useful in street fights. By no mean am I disrespecting Bruce Lee but what fight? Yes he got respect from his students they went to him to learn. Why wouldn't they listen to him. No doubt he is a Legend but his fans ignore reality. Look up his cocaine use he wrote a letter about it. But his fans swear he wouldn't even touch an aspirin. I'm sorry he is a small fast man. He didn't have super power or able to kill a man with a 1 inch punch. Believe what you wish though you probably believe a 5 foot girl is also knocking out heavy weights. 🤣🤣🤣

I'm not a trained fighter or anything so anyone can take this or leave it. But in terms of Bruce Lee vs Michael Jai White, it's tough to say. Yes, right off the bat, I'm going to note the size difference because you just HAVE to. Let's be real, here. That said, Bruce Lee was famous for having power unexplainable for his size and at a bare minimum, he could make the fight a draw by playing "catch me if you can" with his superior speed and quickness (and yes, I would give Bruce Lee the edge in that area). But the bottom line is, the fight will never happen so we'll never know but I hope you enjoyed this comment. :)

But he always tested fighters and always asked them questions, when he was a teenager,he used to be in street fights and behind the set of Enter the Dragon , a guy actually tried to fight him and lost

No non professional martial artist could or will ever beat Michael Jai White in a fight. The guy is enormous, the videos do him no justice. He’s got black belts from both Joe Lewis and Bill Wallace who were both kickboxing champions. Michael Jai White is better than both of them. You can tell when he punches he’s got boxing skills on par with professional boxers.
I remember Chuck from back in the day, we use to call him little chick chick. All I had to do was point at my muscles and little chick chick would take off running, scared, he was very scared. All his stories are made up, he wouldn’t dare walk around the neighbourhood after dark.
