As it works with hot steam rather than hot air, your food will be cooked healthily. Also, big brands like Bosch, Wolf, Miele, Thermador, Panasonic, and Cuisinart have introduced their own versions of steam ovens. unfortunately almost all of these home steam or home combi ovens are not well made, not accurate and do not produce the results the very expensive commericial equipment does. Just the fact.

You need to do YOUR research. Cuisinart DISCONTINUED their Combo-Steam-Convection ovens you're recommending?? How can we trust your opinion when you're touting items the companies no longer make???
