Yeah would like to see the current draw, also would like to see what they are rated for in the manual. Every website only says 1ohm ratings. Seems strange. Hopefully some other people do some testing
billy chapman The Orion amplifier blows the sundown away and so many ways. I don’t post this on their main site because I like the guys. I would like them to do like big D does and post all of the information. It helps us when we’re buying items. Hard for me to buy something from them when they don’t give all the information I do receive production cars and things. Putting stereos top-of-the-line stuff in.I also am able to rebuild amplifiers fix repair even rebuild them from scratch. I try not to do this because of the time involved. Are usually just buy the best bang for the dollar. At this point it’s pretty much the Orion. There are 3K puts out 10,000 W at one home. And it is stable to a half an ohm for burbs 13,000 W problem is it has a 1200 amp draw. We never get to see the amp draw on the amplifiers. I run Lithium and high powered capacitor’s. To keep up with these amplifiers think about it two of the Orion 3000 W amplifiers and if you’re burping that is 26,000 W. In a car that’s pretty crazy and you’re still in a 10,000 white class by the time you get your meds at highs hooked up.

Can the salt amps go down to .5 ohms
So when you said it was a 14.8 14.9 charge how did you go from that number to 15.7? I seen it right before it started drop it down I'm guessing the video was cut because the bank needed time to charge up to get up that high but I currently charge at 14.9 volts and I got a healthy lithium Bank eight banks in total of Ying long I haven't put any amplifiers on it yet to really see how bad voltage will drop like it to hold right at 14.9 and not move I don't know if that's unrealistic of me to ask that of the bank or if it is big enough to where it will hold but I'm very interested in getting one of these amplifiers

Have the salt six in for one week with the Sundown XV3-12 hold different game than my old salt 4 😮 it crazy with the limitless 6k mechman alt 240 volt drop no less than 13.2 . In a 2002 Toyota Camry LE.❤

That shit started at 15.7 almost 16v to gwt that 9k but ok still dope and that 8k was that same... Im hoping to buy a salt12 next month some time there definitely dope ass amps for sure... As for that new knob can i still use it if im running my slam panda for the amp temp???

What is the difference between a dynamic test and the spl test? Wouldn't they yield the same results? I'm not hating I am just curious.
Dynamic is musical. SPL is typically 1 single hz tone as opposed to all over the spectrum.

Well its producing 9k watts that 1ohm. So you may need two and a tough battery bank.

Whatever happened to your amp meter so we could see the current draw. This is very important to all of us. Don’t be so cheap you guys make a lot of money why don’t you go buy one. I love your videos but this is something we really need to know.

The do well in a seal. The SA doesnt. My first SD product were two 10inch Es is a seal prefab box. It had a great bandwidth and even fully played the low nothing on the song Bass I Love You.

I have 2-Salt 6's on 4-zv5 18's and I'm doing 157@25hz and peaking at 160... These amps are legit

I'm not sure if these amps being drastically underrated is actually a good thing..
I feel sorry for all the ppl who are going to blow their subs thinking they were giving them the rated power it says on the packaging.
It seems amp manufacturers are doing a 180. Instead of doing under rated power from years ago now they are going way over. Even the jp series amos are way over. My jp33 did over 5k on the dyno and it was rated at 3300

These are tanks of the amp world ..I would say they can handle the 0.5 loads so may people run at cause your most likely rising to 1.0
A jp63 eats this alive considering the price of these salt series.not worth it as most copycat korean boards are same reliability....
The salts came out 3/4 years ago, jp’s should give out more power considering they’re using newer parts than the salts lol 😅 price difference is just the amount of material used , salts are so much bigger lool
