    This was part of my recovery, “allowing” the binge, mentally, and refusing/rejecting the shame and guilt. I told myself okay, I’ll just let myself binge. This was before I went “all in” for my extreme hunger, but the binges only lasted 3 days! I was amazed!!! Years, DECADES of off and on struggle and since I officially went all in, I have not binged. I still am in awe when I think about it. But if you think about it, once you allow it, it no longer holds that power over you. Such a mental thing and just had no idea. Love your channel. ❤

      Perhaps you can make a video on this theme? Recovery when you’re in a larger body from the get go….?
